- Can a pile of scrap Ford OHC Pinto parts provide what is needed to build up a running engine for minimum cost?
I have uses for a running engine however I quite fancy the challenge of a budget build.... How cheap can we go?

I hope a set of pistons turn up so you can finish the project - I just had a look on eBay and it looks like a usable set is worth decent money so fingers crossed someone has some to donate.
Is this the last part of the pinto build 😢😢
Sadly I have had to put the build on hold until I find some suitable pistons.... yes, I could purchase new but the point of the build was to build it from left over parts... I am expecting some Pinto stuff being delivered however it hasn't happen yet 😕 Also, been a little distracted, I have a WW2 RAF Museum and I would like a collection of engines that won the war.... Check my channel to find out what the first two are.
Yeah I'm following the WW2 engine series next! I really hope the pinto build will be complete by the time I start building mine, it is really helping me understand the engine better! 🙏
