- Can a pile of scrap Ford OHC Pinto parts provide what is needed to build up a running engine for minimum cost?
I have uses for a running engine however I quite fancy the challenge of a budget build.... How cheap can we go?

sorry not being around, mother is needing a lot of care at the momnent..not getting a lot of sleep - love watching you work - i liked the Mark Evans "is born" series - especially the Bonneville one, but then i've never wanted a car just motorbikes...please keep these coming thet are most entertaining and educational and are keeping me sane...and trust me i need that at the moment........... What spray paint did you used?
CO15 Candy Blue by Canbrush, found it on Ebay, was for another project but it didn't happen so used it on this.
Nice colour for the block. Is it the same colour as the car you're going to put it in?
It's just being built for a bit of fun from leftover parts from years of building these engines.... the engine is not destined for a vehicle.
these engines were made in England, right?
Yes, introduced in 1970 and ran til 1992.
