5 Golden Rules for Building a Great Team
    Be open minded
Putting all your biggest brains together won't build a good team. They will see problems, challenges and opportunities in the same way, and will work in the same way in solving them.
Nobody will listen to others and criticism won't be shared constructively.
    Mix people
Don't think extroverts people as better 'team-players'.
Any members bring a diversity of thought, experience and skills to a team.
While extroverts may inspire and motivate, introverts can create the most wonderful new ideas and inventions.
    Build Trust
People works together effectively if they trust each other.
The problem is that we perceive the trustworthiness of the group by assessing the least trustworthy member.
Don't let that one bad apple spoil the bunch.
    Be happy
Create that buzz that makes the group so great to work in.
Humor signalize that people are getting along and reduce stress, boost creativity, and communication.
    Define goals and roles
When your people don't have clear goals, they muddle through their day. They can't be productive if they have no idea what they're working for, or what their work means.
And if the situation changes and the team has to adapt, unclear goals and roles becomes a problem.
Nobody knows what to do, and that's a recipe for disaster.
A clear goal efficiently provide instructions to your team on how to go from point A to point B, and it's more likely to succeed.
Imparting a clear vision and inspiring its members, is fundamental to team success.
That's why team building is more important than ever.

Thank you for this video. I learnt that how Teamwork helps solve problems. Collaboration within a group can help solve difficult problems. Brainstorming is a good opportunity for the team to exchange ideas and come up with creative ways of doing things.

Every person has a different view of doing things. There is not a single way to accomplish tasks.
One of the biggest mistake when working in a team is to believe that we know better than the others.
If you keep believing that only what you know is true, then you aren't going anywhere.
So keep "open minded", listen to your team, give them the chance to surprise you, try the impossible......

Good information and strategies, what are your tips for getting the most introverted out of their shell?🤷‍♂️🙌👍👍👍

You won't need to get them out of their shell.
They need their shell, to feel safe, to be comfortable.
What you need is to build a proper communication channel, they can use safely, without being constantly monitored and criticized.
They need a way to express their opinion without being on the front line.
At the same time, extrovert people of the team, have to learn to listen, analyze and extract useful information and critics from this new source of thoughts.

Sir how do we find the least trustworthy member of the team since we shouldn't use personal opinions on evaluating them.

    • @webmasterpuntorosso6043
      @webmasterpuntorosso6043 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

You shouldn't "find" the least trustworthy member.
It would be difficult to do a granular selection of your team members.
The untrustworthy member may change by every single topic or project.
You should only try to avoid that a single negative voice contaminate the general mood of the team.

Happiness starts with being positive with ourself.
Stand up every morning being grateful for the chance to experience a new day on this planet and transmit this joyfulness to your team.
A smile when things are going bad, a nice word said in a difficult moment or simply a positive comment for a job done by your colleagues.
You'll be surprised what a difference that makes....

Teamwork is an important characteristic in professional & personal life. It has two sides, one which strengthens & dignifies teamwork & the other makes some shake hands & do harm to others.
