When you don't have any energy to push forward, you should stop, take a rest and recover your energy, not try more until you fell and nobody gives a flying f** about you. Otherwise you will be replaced as any other broken object. Anyone is replaceable. But if you take care of yourself first, then you can push yourself to be better. And you don't have to sacrifice ANYTHING!!! Especially rest and wellbeing.
