- Many songs from the Tamil Films have been ignored periodically for reasons best known to no one. Especially, never or rarely attempted in any reality shows, stage shows or competitions.
When the nation is on a Quarantine, Subhasree Thanikachalam launches this new series.
This series will feature a set of rare songs that are rarely heard, rarely performed and she will also try and give some trivia for the songs.
The songs will all be performed by young singers who came out of her shows, which mainly focussed on old songs. The sessions are unplugged and performed with minimum instrumentation. No retakes. One stretch live performance..

Let me please highlight a few relished moments, the Veena from 5.28 for 20 seconds talks, flute starts answering at 5.47 until Veena says ok,ok @6.00/.01 the compatibility duets in progress shifts to the singers, 6.32 Shravan in the middle of the frame shows eye rolling kaLLaththanam and then takes of with the aalaap and kaLLaththanam at 6.38 and is forever on clouds, such bliss from this honest singer. Ayyaayoo with the following bgm where the musicians create magic on and off frame... and to the last pallavi with the famous laugh at 8.37... meendum kokila paadalai meendum meendum ketka, paarka vaikkum inda muyarchi.... Venkat has taken Dasavadharam today...brilliant work....Jayanth & Baradwaj.... the flute and veenai portions of this song are so iconic it is engrained in our memories and you both brought it back beautifully....Shyam...
