thorn + prismatic hunter is broken.

Nerf hunters, titan master race.
Only need Facet of Solitude and Stylish Executioner to pull this off. Thorn severing after 2 precision hits might be a bug, as no other hand cannons do that, so this might get fixed in the future.

@@RowansBoat. I think thorn is the only hand cannon that activates it in 2 precision hits, probably something to do with it's burn damage or the enhanced burn damage being classed as a precision hit.
