I run a similar setup with trespasser and the new lost signal, since the small damage ticks benefit from bakris surge and the visual clutter hides the bakris trail that better players can use to track you. I would recommend combination blow instead of snare, not only for the dodge refund but also because equipping an arc ability on prismatic allows double kills with your arc weapon to grant amplified. One last tip, you can blink out of a grapple and still grapple melee with proper timing, just make sure the small animation when a grapple ends doesn't cancel the blink.
I swapped out the slow dodge with Stylish Executioner, I’m also using Rat King for extra invisibility and heath regen. It’s been a blast, the spectre clones and the smoke are just a nice touch to make the build even more dangerous…

you don't need facet of purpose because you can already get radiant from picking up an orb with the artifact and facet of balance requires a double kill for not much gain, face of protection doesn't work in pvp if its like the arc version (key word combatants), id skip those 3, better to use a stat boosting fragment in their place
inherent problem with Bakris+Winter Shroud combo After using bakris your class ability regen is stopped until Arc damage Boost runs out. And when regen finally starts - bonus class ability regen from Winter's Shroud is long gone. You get nothing.
It still effects it, you just dont see the regen for the first 10 seconds, but after the CD timer is up you'll see the energy jump up a bit. Utility Kickstart acts the same.
Wouldn’t combination blow with something like winters shroud make your dodge recharge? It does I tried it but have to wait until the small cooldown on light shift expires before you use your melee. Still makes you be able to light shift almost infinitely. The winter shroud isn’t necessary but combination blow is nice for instantly getting light shift back
Your build definitely looks like fun to play with but is the exact reason why I stopped playing PVP. To ability based, and not enough gun play. I would love for PVP to be more geared to gun play over abilities. Nice video thou and keep up the great work.
I’m glad but not glad this build is being shown. It’s always been my favorite. Use this with (I forgot the name) stasis exotic pistol that freezes after a kill. All you need is one kill and you can basically wipe a whole team 😂
@@andyfgaming8989 use the cryosthesia to get kills after a freeze. Use a stasis build with these aspects :touch of winter and winters shroud. Aspects: whisper of hedrons, whisper of rending, whisper of shards, and whisper of refraction. Also use cold snap grenades. Focus on mobility 1 and discipline 2 then recovery 3. I personally have 100 Movility 100 discipline, then 80 recovery with a low 31 defense. Always try to fight 1v1 by sticking to corners. If an ape pushes with shotgun shift/dodge past them and use the pistol. Easy kill with easy next kill with freeze. Or around a corner with dusk field.
I really sat here like what cloak roll do you have. It seems I’ve gotten to the point where you need a class item to play the game 😂. I will try this build gs.
I’ve been running forerunner and Shayuras with bakris and the movement is the key to the set up. The damage bonus is nice but not needed with this much movement!
Just wish bungie added better stasis weapons for PvP. The only good ones is the the crucile smg the eyesluna and that one stasis pulse from beyond light (adaptive frame) and the trials scout rifle that nobody uses

@frapal9361 And warlocks have a healing helmet that makes it so you can pretty much win any 1v1 or team fight and titans can fly in and double melee someone in .3 seconds, then get a free kill with a diamond Lance. The point is that all classes have broken shit. I would say Prismatic Hunter is a little too strong and could use some tuning. But wishing a whole class just be unplayable is a little extreme.

I really hope you are not serious, hunters cried so hard for the past years that Bungie nerfed us in any aspect of the game, PvP and PvE. Even the grapple hunter is better than the titans melee. Bungie should add an aspect for air dodge to pair with a dive aspect. I mean warlocks have it :/
what’re your priorities for pvp hunter stats?
recover mobility intellect then its up to you but I would say discipline is the better option over strength and resilience

Been running a similar build but I use Gemini Jesters helps with running away and dealing with ape titans
