While it may be an exceptional example, the fake surprise is just annoying. Indian food (although often used to describe Bangladeshi food also) is in every town and city in the UK and this is on almost every menu.
They assume such food is served in expensive restaurants with long reservations, while in other countries which may even lag behind them, the ordinary people can eat it like at least once a week. It shows that not everything is the same in the world, sometimes a diamond in one place is just a rock in another
I swear, Ollie made this lamb dish look so good and Josh just confirms it for me after he tried it and inspires me to give it a try for the next time, we make it to England and make reservations well in advance too.
