A hapless student is cast out of the Shaolin Temple after he suffers numerous humiliations at the hands of a deceitful monk. Over time, he masters the Ways of Kung Fu and returns to expose the evil monk. Training and martial arts mayhem follows.

Man i remember my uncle used to rent alot of kung fu movies and recorded it on a blank vhs tape for his own copy🤣🤣🤣🤣 this was 1 of the movies. Me and my little brother use to watch the shit outta this movie. After 11 years of trying to search for it i finally found it. Man the memories this movie brings.
I was just like your uncle renting the kung fu flicks and copying them. Only difference was that I kept the original and returned the copy to the video store. 😉

In the early 80's , I used to watch these movies on channel 9 and channel 11, every Saturday. Then I'd go outside and practice the gale spin kick, and all the styles I learned from.
I'm 63 and still practice Chinese Gung Fu.

I like Southern Gung-fu because it teaches you to use your hands , feets , Northern Gung-fu depend a lots on their legs and Less on hands training . This is a Fact ! Wing Chun Gung-fu came from the South Shaolin Temple ! 🙂🙂🙂🙂

It is so true when learning Kung-fu one must learn to Discern their Opponents Weakness and Adapt to the Techniques that work . What I like in Wing Chun Gung-fu it teaches one how to attack the Opponent Balance and Weakness . 😎😎😎😎😎

Description calls out the lining. Other details include: "Ta Kung" (Chi) is sent away by the abbot to his friend "Shan King" (beardless beardy L Kar Yan), Master "Hoo Ning". Deceitful monk is 'Woo Tak"(Cliff Ching Ching). After being bullied so much Ta Kung finally agrees to learn kung fu from him. 46 minute mark Ta Kung is now fighting like a pro (as all watching this was waiting for). Shan's daughter is "Sho Ye" (Fang Fang). Shan & Sho are attacked at their home. A second girl now shows up out of nowhere. Near end "Yu Pa" (Meng Fei) reappears (basically had 2 cameos prior to this). That guard holding the girls is (Ma Cheung). Like description says then comes the martial arts mayhem for the finale !

The "second girl" didn't appear out of nowhere. She was the girl who rescued CKC before Meng Fei did when CKC was on his way to the teacher's.

It is so weird seeing the teacher as a good guy. This might the only one. 😀 He was Caidalu in "Marco Polo", my all time favorite... but a few others are pretty close, and Ba Gong in "Heroes Two"... I think. 😀

I really enjoyed this kung fu movie, although some parts was just effects and not martial arts. It was a good movie, concentrating on the techniques of each kung fu style.❤❤❤❤
