Picked this up at the local and put some on a mock that I've had for years, a younger deer came to it and the pictures sure show he didn't like what he smelled. Was an immediate smell and turn the same way he came. I used the branch butter.
Seems like you’re hanging that thing way too high
I like his method, but I think he hung his scrape rope way to high also. I think 4ft is max on the height they say to hang the rope.

Not sure where you're at but they must grow 'em big there! Never saw a deer over 6ft tall ever. Scrape rope is way too high!

Everyone saying the rope is to high . If you’ve ever seen a deer make scrape or on camera they rare up on back legs to get branch up high to mark as his !!
