Interesting video - thank you! Very honest and helpful.
My wife and I have done quite a bit of travelling in the last 20 years or so, and we've adopted a policy whenever we're ever in a place just for a short period: do one thing, and do it well! (Of course, we have to pick that 'one thing', and that's often hard.) Then having done that one thing we'll try and relax - a lazy meal, or back to the hotel to relax.
But we're a lot older, so if we were as young as you we might say: do TWO things, and do them well.

A piece of advice it is still better to go to gardens by the bay at night rather on daylight you'll get easily exhausted by the heat best time to go there base from my experience is 6pm you enjoy the flower dome and cloud forest and once you're done you can watch the light show at 7:45 pm :)

    • @HoneysMYStories
      @HoneysMYStories  ปีที่แล้ว

Just found your vlog today. Thank you!!! You have saved me from making a big mistake trying to do too much in one day. Plus we are flying in from US so I know we are going to be tired.
I am going to cut my list down - 2 or 3. However I am not going to stress out ( too much) if we can’t do those items. The Tree Tunnel is out- we won’t have 2 hours to stand in line.

I think booking a big bus tour package will help also in saving money and time because it will drive you around the city and will make stops on the major tourist spots of SG and then you can decide if you wanna stay longer in a particular spot. If by chance you decide to stay longer, you can just simply hop off the big bus and then hop inn again on to the next big bus that comes around where you are. Interval of each bus is just few minutes

    I'm from Sg.
I know in Arab street and haji lane the stores open like 11am past and if u experience close shops......past 11am will be alot of people coz there's a lot of walking tours etc there.
U will have a hard time getting a decent picture coz of the amount of people.
Regular cab in sg can only take maximum 4 adults.
If 5 adults then u can only get a grab car for 6.
Btw, from kl what bus company did u book? And which place at 12:20 sg did u arrive?
I think 🤔 for one day tour with that early arrival best to go
    Merlion park
    Gardens by the bay
Marina bay sands and watch the night water and light show outdoors
All walkable distance and all free
I sub at ur channel fellow kabayan

Just like to share something most people dont realize about Singapore..
Fyi, your exhaustion is dued to very high humidity in Singapore. One of the highest in the world i would say..A whooping 85- 95% ! Therefore, your perspiration from walking so much cannot evaporate and your body is working very hard to cool you down. Thus, its very draining on your whole body system. That explained why you feel so exhausted !
KL humidity is better. In fact, its just nice....About 60- 70%. You wont feel the exhaustion you have felt in Singapore with the same distance.
Yes...its better to to take Grab or Taxi since you have the numbers and the air- conditioner can cool you down also.

Why didn’t you Just get a tourist Pass at the Airport? I always catch the train to my hotel from Changi Airport, I think It’s $30SGD for 3 days and it gives you unlimited public transport travel, and I think you get $5-$6SGD back when you return the tourist pas card at the airport, or any other MRT station ( Like Lavender) that sells the Tourist Pass... A taxi from the airport to your Hotel is $20-$30SGD depending where you are staying...
