That reminded me of another good one: In "God Hates Astronauts", the main character, Star Fighter got damn nearly beaten to death by his enemy, John L. Sullivan, but since he's immortal, it just swoll his head to disturbing proportions, getting it (literally) popped by Texas Tom, and having to slice off what's left of it to replace it with that of a ghost cow head.

Not a comic, but there is a SCP - I forgot the number - that is basically a little girl, that has to be raped by multiple guys daily, or else the world ends. Additionaly, the poor girl has to be fully aware of everything - no drugs, no pain killers, nothing - and it has her memory wiped every now and than, as to not get used to the daily procedure and experience the horror always anew.

I’ve always found the 3 genie wishes/immortality interesting. I know people would be hesitant to use 2 wishes, but if you’re gonna wish for immortality, you should also wish that you have an escape to die at anytime. Heck, if someone is smart about it, they should use all 3 wishes around immortality, one to live forever, one to become mortal again if they wish to, and the last one having to deal with eternal prosperity/happiness. Maybe the last one could be somehow worked into just asking for immortality by wishing for eternal happiness or something like that, but I feel as if it would be very easy to live forever and be happy with the concept of 3 genie wishes
1: Immortality 2: Time-Travel (so you can be with loved ones any time you want and relive your life many different ways) 3: A "Kill-switch" ability to terminate yourself if you feel the need. Or just wish to be a god, then you can make up all the rules yourself
