I like the heavy glass wind screens on the balcony. A lot of people don't realize that at that height wind is a serious issue and is one of the reasons you rarely see balconies so high up. It's also an added safety feature.

At first I was thinking it was really sweet how they could all share a place, but then I realized it’s so big they probably didn’t even fucking realize that the seller had scammed all three of them into independently buying the same apartment.
(But seriously, the kitchen and dining room were definitely used as a set for Shiv and Tom’s place.)

Hey Jason. Oh. That’s the hallway to the entry. Then a hallway to the sitting room. Amazing views. Glad the 1/2 bath and Wetbar there. Now back to the other side. Oh🗽 in the distance. Dining/kitchen/nook. Yess. Gym or service bedroom/bath. 2nd floor via stairs or elevator. Appreciate each bedroom has its own en-suite. Spacious primary & ensuite. Was that the toilet in the shower? I didn’t see it but presuming all those windows have remote shades or the type that you can see out but no one sees in. Thanks for sharing.

Nice but not 38 million nice. Overpriced if the views are the main reason for the price. Even the outdoor balcony is too narrow for any kind outdoor entertaining area.

If we are 660 ft in the sky, where do you measure the sky as beginning? I suppose street level would be an answer if we were in Timbuctoo. Great video, beautiful apartment.
Even before entering, it's a dud. The front door looks like a supply closet in an office building where they keep the server and hard drives. (and a poorly fitting front door at that. Notice all the light pouring in from both sides and the bottom 00:54.) Then when you walk in, in spite of the apartment being 6,300 square feet, the foyer feels cramped as it's a glorified hallway. (admittedly a long hallway, but still, a hallway.) The terrace is a cramped catwalk as well. If you managed to squeeze in a chair (forget about a proper terrace with an outdoor couch, potted landscaping and otherwise), you'd be hard pressed to even cross your legs without bumping a knee on the glass in front of you. I'm guessing the location scout for Succession chose this place because it mimics the bland soullessness of the Roy's. The living room continues the sterile feel of an office, complete with the kitchen looking like a spot to eat something in 15 before getting back to your desk. Your referencing Patrick Bateman was spot on, in that "…there is an idea of a Patrick Bateman, some kind of abstraction, but there is no real me, only an entity, something illusory, and though I can hide my cold gaze and you can shake my hand and feel flesh gripping yours and maybe you can even sense our lifestyles are probably comparable: I simply am not there."
At 3:34 it's not herringbone, it's chevron.
It reminds me more of Halston than of Succession.

For us non New Yorkers how do you get groceries to your place. I know most people don’t drive. If I go to Target I almost always have to make at least 2 trips to the car and I have a 1 story home with my car in a drive way.

Ummm. Nice video. But, a question. Why do these developers think that a gazillinaire wont want to watch the Rangers or Yankees from a sweet TV set up in his main living areas? Makes no sense. No wonder this will sit, like all the others, until it has a massive price reduction.

That is a very small, narrow and boring penthouse for SO much money, you could get an amazing mansion on the water front in Miami for the same price with like 30 times the square footage or even a massive penthouse with pool/Jacuzzi in Miami for same price lol

On the one hand, this penthouse is incredible and one of the few properties that is more than worth the money - unlike other apartments or penthouses. Just the lay of the building, the view and that it has two floors.
But there are two points that bother me. 2:15 1. why is the sitting room on the north side? Sure, the view is terrific but wouldn't the south side have been better, there's daylight and you have the terrific view of the whole south side of Manahattan. Instead, they put the kitchen and dining area on the south side - but I wouldn't spend as much time there as in the Sitting Room. 7:50 2. The windows in the one bedroom face west. The window crosses are directly in the line of sight when one lies or sits in bed, for example, and thus exactly in the way of the line of sight. Couldn't this have been arranged a little differently in the window?
