Does anyone have a link for the noise(s) made by 'everything RF' on earth? Not the cosmic reflections off of our ionoshpere... but those emenating out into space? These too have been recorded. They also say that these out bound RF signals have decreased greatly since the introduction of digital comm and directed microwave comm. Is this true? Any links? Cheers. PS.
