Also, is the main tower hollow inside and use resistance bands or is there actual physical weights inside that need to be removed for transport?
I opened an account with thumbtack and that app then has you make a profile in which you tell potential clients the type of work you do. I added Assemblies, TV Wall mounts, fitness equipment assembly, etc. as some of the services I offer.
We’ll do stuff like that in the future for sure. Just gotta reach a specific milestone with subs and we’re going to be doing some amazing GIVEAWAYS for sure.

How do you get into assembling workout machines?

How long did it take you for putting it together?
The assembly itself just under 2 hours. Getting it from downstairs to upstairs added about 45mins. Some very heavy pieces in that unit.
what would be the resistance be in kg?
How long is the electrical cord in the back ?
I think it was 5’. Can’t say for sure though.
