We were the couple that met you guys at Starbucks before this video was shot. Thank you for chatting with us. The next night at The Palms Hotel, I hit a royal flush on Ultimate Texas Holdem, but it was on the river. So my $10 bet won $5,000. But meeting you and Tung was the highlight of the trip.

Vietnamese food is so nutritious and colorful. I appreciated you trying the vegetable heavy dishes that are a signature of Vietnamese food. Everything looked fresh and delicious looking. Thanks for trying the dishes even though you are not a fan of veggies. Glad you liked the food.
I got excited when I heard them say Banh Xeo at the beginning when they were ordering- very good with squid, shrimp & pork filling
Love the set up, cosy inside and grocery nearby, the herbs are meant to go in the soup with the hoisin/peanut sauce and like to give the soup a lift and more flavour, what a wonderful cuisine*😋**
that fish sauce is prepared with fish sauce, water, sugar, lemon/vinegar, garlic & chilies. the brown sauce is prepared with hoisin sauce, with sugar, garlic and peanut/peanut butter.

Vietnamese food features an abundance of fresh vegetables. I really like it.
You got me craving Vietnamese food! That's a lot of veggies for Danny and Steve isn't there to remind you to eat it.
Even their regular prices are reasonable.
It says happy hour from 10pm-1am. 50% noodles, then dry beef, dry pork, meat something. Then famous style something and dessert. Then Vietnamese fragrant coffee. There’s also a Pho Thanh in Orange County. Enjoy fellas! Had to use the Chinese dictionary app, Pleco, some characters couldn’t look up.😋

We just go and eat Vietnamese food here in southern California that’s why we don’t even think of going to any Vietnamese restaurants when we go to Vegas!

Hello Danny. Side dishes r called “ban chan”. “ban chan” means dishes eaten with a meal; rice, noodle, anything considered a meal. Therefore, when Cindy & Toby showed u, bbq is considered a meal, therefore, put all in a lettuce wrap for a one biter. However, for most meals, lettuce may not be provided, then just eat ban chan with the meal. Usually, there is/are fish, or some sort of meat dish, a stew, and soup for a complete meal. Most Korean meal be served with ban chan of some sort - side dishes. Hope this helps

DTM, I like the spring rolls made with rice paper and wrapped with lettuce. Put some bean sprouts, Thai basil, lime juice, jalapeño peppers in the noodle soup. Slurp the noodles and soup, chase it with some Hot 🔥 sauce. You are getting me hungry 😋. Peace✌ bro
