Not an "Idiot" .... But, OMG, that was sooooo funny. Once, twice, three times, and even a 4th time ... HOT HOT HOT! My goodness, those shrimp must have been on fire! in the end, I am so glad that once they cooled, they were so good (desert sand excluded, of course) and they looked pretty darn tasty too. Sorry the roast pork noodles were so disappointing. BTW, even though I admit that it would be awesome to see you dressed up in a suit, and looking dapper, I would much rather see you as you normally dress and feeling comfortable. Your videos are already great, no need too change your attire, Thanx for another fun video!

I was hoping to know if you'd eaten at Crab Corner on Rainbow Blvd. I've had to cancel two trips that included having dinner there in the past. I will not have the opportunity to go next week when we're in Vegas but I should have the opportunity later on this year. I'm dying to know if their steamed blue crabs are as good as we used to buy/make when I was younger and living near the Chesapeake.

I think the issue with the pork was that when put in Asian soup, it’s usually barbecued & has a reddish color. Instead, you were served roasted fresh pork, which has that light brown color. Also, it’s much less flavorful.

Danny, on another Vegas TH-cam channel, the woman loves the crispy pepper shrimp (i think at Wicked Spoon buffet) - and eats them “head to tail,” without any shelling. Would you ever do that?
I eat soft shell crabs whole, so I wouldnt have a problem with that if the shell was soft enough, but I never found soft shell shrimp

very small portions , for 39 bucks, u can see less than 10 shrimps on that olate, 3 bucks each? , and the roast port, 3-4 only. Man, the kitchen literally count how many pieces they put on .
Well at least us viewers see what the B # 9 is all about and our laughter was higher than the food scale........

So seems like the char siu ho fun failed on the two things it really needed to nail - the roast pork and the broth.
Shrimp looks like it was all breading. Like it was a Chinese-American-style fried shrimp married to a Chinese (Sichuan?) concept. Seemed fine but of course overpriced.
That char Siu looks like raw meat. I don't think it's cooked correctly. What a rip. I'm never going to that place.
All of these mishaps are telling you to eat somewhere else.

That roast pork noodle soup looks mighty fine to me. Maybe the pork could use a little more fat. Fat equals flavor.

You put up prices and I find that very helpful. Suit and Tie? Nah, if you want to go a step fancier just wear a tie with your Polo shirt. You look like you were the only Asian in an Asian restaurant, a really bad sign!
