Here, I will show you how to identify the plant - different from its similarities, how to harvest the leaves and cook them.

Few Notes / Benefits
1) Attracts Butterflies & Bees - for the white flowers - creates a balance ecology for beneficial insects.
2) Not to consume it or eat it raw.
It contains hydrocyanic acid, and it needs to be cooked to be consumed safely - boiled and drain for better flavor (watch my video for more cooking tips)
3) Chaya is a Tropical Plant and doesn't do well outdoors in winter and may die back as it is cold sensitive - to keep them indoors until spring.

They do form seedpods after the flowers matures and polinated
