Addendum: I made my claws from rainbow PVC vinyl and 1.5mm foam, with elastic for the straps and rhinestones. I made them for an OC Plague Doctor character --- she has a mask and suspender skirt from the same fabric, with grommets on the beak. Gods, I wish we could post photos!!!
Can you tell me more precisely what type of leather/fabric you used cause all i can find is kind of leather textured or foil that you stick on something! - they look great btw!
