Thank you so much for this video! I am VERY new to the Silhouette Machine and was having trouble loading the mat and every time I went to cut something the mat kept moving all around everywhere. Thanks to your video, I have finally figured out how to properly load the machine!

The link I clicked was supposed to take me to the tutorial on how to check the blade because no matter what I've tried I cannot get the cameo to cut anything. GAH! I need help that I can't seem to find.
WOW!! I did NOT receive all the items you mentioned with my Cameo 3. I have the cord!! I have had it for 1-2 yrs and just took the machine out of the box because we were in the process of moving to a new home (was "homeless" for a yr or 2) so I did not check or go online to verify what I was supposed to have. Thanks to this video I see I was not given the same items. :-(
I followed these instructions and mine did not cut. I notice she never mentions to trace your image. This divice will not cut an image that is not traced. So I traced it. And it still didnt cut. What am I doing wrong? Please help. Also, is there a way to change the blade from 0 to 1? I see on my screen that my blade should be on 1 but it is on 0?
@@CreateWithSilhouette I did. I sent that yesterday afternoon. I am waiting for a reply. I am not noticing that the firmware never opened and ran etc. How do I open the zip file and run the new firmware? You can call me if you like - 973.902.7290
What if you already use a cameo 2 so you already have software downloaded? I’m just upgrading to a 3. Is set up totally the same? Will it recognize this or make me reinstall and relate a new account
I just purchased a Siloutte and I am trying to set it up. When I turned on the Siloutte after plugging it up, the screen will not let me get past the language selection screen. Please help.
dumbest part is how do i remove the foam? to i force it by hand? do i power up the machine and let the carriage move? like how did the carriage disappear for me to move the foam?
yeah watch the video, the steps while i get them are just wrong. Does magic move the head? i mean it makes sense to make the video in a proper order where movie magic doesnt happen. common sense isnt common and movie magic isnt real.
I am just waiting for my new machine to arrive I already have an older cameo with the updated version of the software on my computer so do I just follow the same process you have showed. I have read that some have lost their library when installing.I don't want to loose all that how do I back that up, not all my cut files are from silhouette studio. Did you ever get an answer as to why your mat was cut even though you followed instructions? My mat is destroyed, and I followed directions. I'm afraid to try again because of wasting vinyl and cutting through the new mat I purchased.
hi! i just purchased a cameo 3 and were setting up everything but the problem is when i connected the usb cord from the cameo to my laptop it's not loading my free 100 library content. it says in the instruction that it will automatically load once its connected, but it doesn't. i've also tried to disconnect and connect it again but nothing happened. do you have any idea what i should do? i hope someone could help me. thanks
i had the same problem but then when i was trying to print something and hit send to silhouette then it recognized the printer and downloaded the free images, hope this helps!
Mine just did the same thing and I did what was noted above. I imported a free design from the store and pressed Send to Silhouette. Once it connected to the machine, it downloaded the items.

why does my silhouette studio look different than yours? I had a cameo before and upgraded to the 3. Do I need to reinstall the software?

You can add material without the mat? I thought you always need the mat to lay out your material

My 100 free images are not loading.... even after I have disconnected and connected the USB cable multiple times
