My god, how did he get Plasma charged so damn fast?? What an impressive run, congrats to the runner!
Not entirely sure if it was used, but SNES controller’s D-pads can wear down over time, and when they wear down enough you’re able to input opposite directions at the same time, significantly increasing your mashing capacity. This is mostly used in super Mario kart.
I've seen quite a few Nippocasions, and this one's one of the greatest in all Nippstory.

My childhood! This was one of the best SNES games ever. I'm so glad I got to experience it as a child.
Def the best part of these runs is when it goes wrong. You hear all of the players trying to think on the spot on what the best strategy is from there. Love it!
Oone of my favorite games of all time. Love seeing it played at any sort of level, but high-level is always fun :)
My favorite Kirby game! So influential in ways ppl don't even realize! It also takes such skill and precision to land on the ability you need and navigate some of these more hectic corridors. Thanks for bringing this absolute gem back to GDQ

Today I learned you don't need to beat Spring Breeze or Gourmet Race to unlock Milky Way Wishes in the SNES/SFC version.
Is Jet-Flying really faster than the Warp star at 34:58 ?
It is by a little bit, but the biggest time save from going this way is setting up the two quick kills much more efficiently. You can't really kill the one on the left if you come in on the star from the right.
If anyone sees this, how did he use/stay in the air so much spamming JET? Its cooldown is too slow for me to do that

I'm curious- how different is the Super Star Ultra Any% route to the Super Star Any% route?
In Super Star Ultra, you are required to complete Spring Breeze and Gourmet Race. Only Jet and Hammer are ever used in that run. Jet is better in some areas but boss skips and quickkills are not present.
