what s dumb comparision? that micro is firing in the front directly pinting towards the mic and stormbox mini is parallel side firing one....its basically a 360 degree audio speaker..plus if u place the micro in its intended psition, which is upward firing and then you record it with the same mic position, you wont even hear much clarity compared to storm box..both are good speakers but the ysound different due to its different shape...both has pros and cons..

@@dons1643 i am from india bro,..we dont have speakers from brands which youhave mentioned..i bought both storm box mini (its currently at 1700 rupess = 20 USD) and for comparision bought storm box 2 as well (34 watts speakers costing 5200 rupees)..the first difference i found is bass.. storm box mini has very low bass and if you see the chart its freq response is from 80-20k hz..whereas storm box has 70-20k hz..also the bass response in sotrmbox 2 is phenominal.. i could say the difference is like 20 times difference in bass (you cant hear some rumbling bass notes at all in mini, which you can hear them in box 2 and feel the bass rattling the whole room)..but what suprised me is Stormbx mini sounded more louder than storm box 2 at same volume..(despite the later has 3 times powerful speakers)..both speakers sounded very well in top volume with 0 distortion and storm box mini was very loud compared to box 2... So, my conclusion is, if you care about more punchy boomy rattling bass presence in your songs with balanced sound, go for storm box 2(costing 3 times), but if you arent a bass lover and like balanced sound with less bass emphasis, but with clear vocals and very good loudness, storm box mini is better..and cost wise 1/3 rd of storm box 2..so storm box mini is defintely value for money..if budget is not a constraint, but cant extend till storm box 2, then go for Xsound plus 2 (30 w directional speakers-costing 4500 rupees = 53 dollars), which gives good bass as stormbox 2 and costs cheaper as well..only con, is its directional and not 360* sound profile...but both sound exactly similiar with bass response too..so you can buy that..
How did they make a bigger speaker with less wattage and that sounds like its in another room, Even the go 4 sounds crisper than this, A smaller speaker with deep bass is very quiet
if not those pumping volume issues then it would be only 1db softer than tribit micro 2 and it would had a deeper bass, this deep bass can sound impressive but i mean its more of an outdoor speaker

Lol, they could have used the bigger space for better sound, but they didn't. I wonder why many new speakers of different manufacturers are sounding like crap the last time....
I was about to purchase this one because I already have the StormBox blast and the Micro but it’s kinda disappointing🤦🏽♂️. Do you think an update will fix the sound quality or maybe the sound is like that because only have one passive radiator?!
I hope so because it sounds disappointing compared to the Micro. I will wait if not I will get another micro. I just hope Tribit don’t ruined the next StormBox blast
