- Tonight I headed to all the night rime fun in Lamai and then head to Chaweng to see which one is best for you!
Do you like bars and clubs and dancing all. night night to Duff Duff? Do you like having some drinks and getting to know the people around you over a nice fresh coconut?

The one in Lamai that’s free is only Saturday night . They have professional fights about 2-3 times a week! They cost about 1500 for the bad seats
I love Lamai laid back and the fights but there is no way I could leave the OG spring roll guy or the Ark Bar

I was in Samui last february during 2 weeks, in Chaweng. The sea was violent and dirty. What is the good month to find a clear sea and hot?
Yes Feb was a bad time this year ! Usually it’s amazing ! Mid March till now the ocean has been so clean and sexy and hot !
Let’s see how July is ! I will keep you posted.

Wondering if I should split my 7 nights on the island amongst the 2 beaches as someone who has never been? Or just base myself in Chaweng and head to Lamai for a night. What do you think?
I like both ideas ! If have never been here before it's nice to explore. Lamai or Chawneg they are very different. Depends if you like busy and party or quiet and the people get to know u in Lamai . Very different. I like both
