A few times but over many trips and many years! Thailand understands if you ask for no soy sauce and no oyster sauce (I don’t mention gluten free etc as they don’t understand). Thai curries are 99% times gluten free (just ask for no crispy onions on massaman curry), fried rice with no soy sauce, Thai omlette and rice for breakfast. There is also lots of western places that offer gluten free, Bangkok has an amazing gluten free pizza and burger place I LOVE! Message me on Instagram if you need specific recommendations ☺️. Enjoy your trip!!
It would be nice if tourists actually found out how to pronounce these places on these videos. They are not English phonetics, they are Sanskrit/Pali. I guess it's too much trouble though and people don't bother. Would be a nice nod to this beautiful country though.
