I made this and followed your directions. This was SOOOOO good. The bread was so soft. I made my own Ube halaya and it was yummy! This is a keeper recipe. I’m going to test it out with instant mash potatoes next time. I think when I freeze it, I will just freeze it with the bun alone without butter or sugar (my family doesn’t like all that cheese). I can add it later after warming it up. Thank you for the recipe and the video. ❤

Hello you can bought this mold online. Search the page bailiwick academy shop. This called ensaymada molder. They shipp nationwide. Or you can bake this bread on muffin or cupcake pan. Just reduce the grams 60 grams.

Hello may kanya kanya po silang taglay ng lasa at aroma. Pagdating sa palambotan same sila at sa pagka moist naman lamang ang may potato pero dapat ma consume po in 3 to 4 days kasi madali pong amagin gawa ng patatas. Titingnan nyo nalang po alin ang makakamura kayo sa sangkap. Kung yong gamit ang yolks or patatas po.
