I was fortunate enough to have attended one of Jane's free masterclass, and since practicing her technics and wisdom, I've seen improvement with low blood pressure symptoms. Light headed symptoms nearly eradicated...... I'm still a working progress but I am able to easily follow Jane's advice and make these slight tweeks. I'm looking forward to saying bye, bye to the anxious upper chest breathing that has impacted my life dramatically. Thank you Jane. I hope your message is spread wide and far and the future we see this being taught in every school world wide. Good luck ✨🙏🏼✨
Thank you Teresa for your feedback. I'm delighted to hear how much benefit you've found from learning about retraining your breathing habits. I am working hard on spreading this message far and wide!
I appreciate you sharing this thought-provoking talk! The exploration of how our breathing habits influence our health is truly fascinating. Hats off to Jane for eloquently explaining this complex yet crucial aspect of well-being!
I'm so glad you found it fascinating. I really believe in explaining things simply and accessibly, preferably with a bit of fun where possible. I'm entirely turned off my medical vocabulary and I hope this approach helps many more people understand this vital education.
Jane communicates this important topic extremely well, it always seems very clear that it is not about her ego, it is driven by the way she knows she can change lives for the better.
What a fascinating and expertly delivered talk. Jane is passionate about the subject, calmly explaining her points and taking time to allow the message to sink in. Good audience participation and lots to think about. Loved it. 🎉
What lovely feedback. Thank you Katie. I'm grateful you took the time to watch it and to provide your feedback, especially as someone who is trained to deliver with your voice!
❤ So inspirational, amazing insight into the process that we take for granted….yes breathing keeps us alive, but if done correctly, we don’t just live, we thrive. Everyone needs to hear this. Not all heroes wear capes 🎉
Thanks so much for sharing your feedback. I really do hope to inspire and educate with this talk. It is my absolute passion and I can't wait to see the world benefitting from a better breathing habit education.
Congratulations Jane. I did my TED talk a year ago. It's terrifying and takes so much prep. You remain cool, collected and gave massive value. Well done.
Thank you so much Niraj. One lady came up to me afterwards regarding how I came across on stage. She said "I was thinking, that girl knows how to breathe". Made me smile 🙂
This is brilliant, congratulations Jane. Incredible to think that so many of us don't breathe in the most effective and efficient ways for our body. Thank you for sharing some simple techniques that can be incorporated into our everyday.
Isn't it incredible?! That we have never really thought about it too! Thanks so much for taking the time to watch and for your feedback. I'm glad you liked it!
Thanks so much! I'm delighted you enjoyed it. I love sharing knowledge on this topic. I think that helps you enjoy listening 🙂 Thanks for taking the time to watch and drop a comment.
really great talk. As an adhder late diagnosed., shallow breathing was a massive problem. I would literally forget to breath and trying to take a deep breath was so hard. Thank you for your work
Thank you so much for taking the time to watch and give your feedback. I'm sorry it took so long for you to find support around your shallow breathing. I really hope you took some value from here. If you are still having issues and want to attend my free masterclass on "How To Recognise Your Current Breathing Habits", I'd be delighted to see you there.
Congrats Jane!! Thank you for your work and persistence in getting the word out!! Will be sharing with my family, friends and colleagues in SA that looks remotely like they want to listen! 😉
Very nicely done, Jane! Love the talk, and particularly the analogy about the red buses carrying the oxygen and the carbon dioxide porters who are there to let the oxygen off!
Love this. My nearly 3year old is a mouth breather and I'm always looking for ways to get her to nasal breathe. Had grommets put in and adenoids shrunk recently but she's still got the habit of breathing through her mouth. Will try the 'N' breathing and see if she's interested. 😅 Congrats on your TedX. Great achievement.
Such an important time to look at children's breathing. This is why I wrote my book for families, should you need a resource to get her to buy into the idea. I also recommend checking out Dr Steffen Decker - The Orthodontic Specialist in Amersham near London. They do free assessments for children for functional breathing, swallowing, chewing etc - looking at tongue and teeth etc. Thanks so much for watching and dropping a comment here!
I really did love it. Definitely relaxed more as it went on but what a wonderful experience to educate not only the 1000 attendees but via TH-cam too. Very fortunate.
I'm really grateful for that feedback. It was the hardest bit for me before I could fully relax. I could really feel the tension of that story. Thanks for taking the time to drop a comment!
Really interesting. I’ve never thought about the N spot before. I’ll definitely be sharing this with others…. Plus why is no one talking about the T shirt. Genius!! Tree-root-lungs? Love it!
So glad you love the T-shirt. This is actually from my book 'Rose Loses Her Nose', where the main character Rose, 8, wears this to explain deep breathing habits to the younger children. Enjoy the N-spot!

Very nicely done, Jane! Love the talk, and particularly the analogy about the red buses carrying the oxygen and the carbon dioxide porters who are there to let the oxygen off!
It is one of my favourite bits! I might have a few toy buses hanging around my desk 🤣Thanks for watching!

Anyone else spend the second half of that talk trying to to breathe through their mouth? 😬 SO insightful. Thank you
I certainly hope not 🤣 - I'm hoping they were trying to breathe through their nose. Thanks so much for taking the time to watch and comment here.
Haha, yes 😅
Such an engaging talk and so powerful! I need to improve my breathing when running and this was the reminder I needed! Thank you
I'm delighted to hear you found it so inspiring for your running. I'd love to hear how you get on! Thanks for watching.
Excellent.. Informative... Interesting and I will keep trying to get it better!
