I was fortunate enough to have attended one of Jane's free masterclass, and since practicing her technics and wisdom, I've seen improvement with low blood pressure symptoms. Light headed symptoms nearly eradicated...... I'm still a working progress but I am able to easily follow Jane's advice and make these slight tweeks. I'm looking forward to saying bye, bye to the anxious upper chest breathing that has impacted my life dramatically. Thank you Jane. I hope your message is spread wide and far and the future we see this being taught in every school world wide. Good luck ✨🙏🏼✨

I'm so glad you found it fascinating. I really believe in explaining things simply and accessibly, preferably with a bit of fun where possible. I'm entirely turned off my medical vocabulary and I hope this approach helps many more people understand this vital education.

Jane communicates this important topic extremely well, it always seems very clear that it is not about her ego, it is driven by the way she knows she can change lives for the better.

Congratulations Jane. I did my TED talk a year ago. It's terrifying and takes so much prep. You remain cool, collected and gave massive value. Well done.

Thank you so much Niraj. One lady came up to me afterwards regarding how I came across on stage. She said "I was thinking, that girl knows how to breathe". Made me smile 🙂

This is brilliant, congratulations Jane. Incredible to think that so many of us don't breathe in the most effective and efficient ways for our body. Thank you for sharing some simple techniques that can be incorporated into our everyday.

really great talk. As an adhder late diagnosed., shallow breathing was a massive problem. I would literally forget to breath and trying to take a deep breath was so hard. Thank you for your work

Thank you so much for taking the time to watch and give your feedback. I'm sorry it took so long for you to find support around your shallow breathing. I really hope you took some value from here. If you are still having issues and want to attend my free masterclass on "How To Recognise Your Current Breathing Habits", I'd be delighted to see you there.

Love this. My nearly 3year old is a mouth breather and I'm always looking for ways to get her to nasal breathe. Had grommets put in and adenoids shrunk recently but she's still got the habit of breathing through her mouth. Will try the 'N' breathing and see if she's interested. 😅
Congrats on your TedX. Great achievement.

Such an important time to look at children's breathing. This is why I wrote my book for families, should you need a resource to get her to buy into the idea. I also recommend checking out Dr Steffen Decker - The Orthodontic Specialist in Amersham near London. They do free assessments for children for functional breathing, swallowing, chewing etc - looking at tongue and teeth etc. Thanks so much for watching and dropping a comment here!

I certainly hope not 🤣 - I'm hoping they were trying to breathe through their nose. Thanks so much for taking the time to watch and comment here.
