So nice to see an honest view on c-sections, I had 27 hour labour with my 1st that resulted in emergency c section and I was so unprepared with the recovery it was so painful I was never offered anything other than paracetamol!! 🤦🏼♀️ Women should he told a lot more and it should not be sugar coated!! 🤦🏼♀️ .. I was just left on my own with my daughter to get on with it! It was a really traumatic experience 🥺 I had a V bac 5 years later, 2 hour active labour completely different experience!! I felt amazing after having him, amazing recovery. I feel so sad when I look back and I used to compare myself to other women wondering why I wasn't up and about getting on with everything 1st time around, please ladies never compare yourself to anyone else and never doubt that you can't have a natural labour afterward, I pushed for a v bac and I'm so glad I did as 2nd time around everything went so smooth 😄 .. Just remember everyone is different and so is every birth. We are all amazing 👏🏻 xx
Hey, I’m a PT and I just thought I would share some knowledge to all existing and future mums The “overhang” you describe after a c-section is in fact because your scar tissue has adhered itself to your abdominal muscles therefore doesn’t move freely therefore the loose skin above the scar does which develops the overhang. The one way to help with this is massage techniques over the scar. It’s never too late to massage your scar. I hope this helps someone 👍 xxx
Absolutly everything about pregnacy, delivery and life with babys/kids is so facinating and intresting! Love hearing everyones storys😊 even if my ecperience with my two kids was/is completly diffrent, watching this video takes me back to that headspace in hospital when the magical journy of this new life begins🥰 absolutly love your videos!!
I had my first baby by C Section in February - when you started talking about the first time you stood up and you cried literally brought tears to my eyes!!! I can relate so much. Thanks for sharing your story :)
I can relate to you so much! My girls were born 2 weeks after yours and I remember watching your videos to get an idea of what was to come. They were born at 33 weeks and in NICU for just under 3 weeks. I used to do the same top up on drugs and the struggle down to see them. It’s incredibly hard but so worth it now. I think the worst part was leaving the hospital without them but I knew they were in the right place ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Absolutely love this video to know after having had the baby blues after my emergency section last year to know I could feel better after planned csection in the future makes me soooo happy ❤️
My first delivery was traumatic. Ended in emergency section on top of sepsis. Just had 2nd baby 2 weeks ago by planned section and omg the experience was amazing this time! people think a c section is an easy way out but it deffo isn’t that first cough/sneeze/standing up afterwards is horrendous! Hats off to all the mamas however you give birth xx
This made me cry, especially when you were talking about your first c section and the procedure, I had the same experience with 60hrs of labour prior emergency c section contractions started every 5-7 minutes and continued that way, couldn’t sleep, couldn’t eat and had no energy for the operation. Women are so amazing!
You are right we really do have the most wonderful midwives and medical staff in the UK. They blow my mind and I will never be so grateful for everyone who dealt with me during my labour. I’m due baby 2 in August and am excited to see what that story is going to be! I absolutely loved having my epidural after 4 intense latent phase days, they could have injected into my eyeballs I was in so much pain I wouldn’t have cared hahaha!
I was at my sisters wedding they day after I left hospital, 2 days after I had my first daughter via emergency c-section last year. Was one of the hardest days of my life but I couldn’t miss it for the world 💕 The midwives were incredible and really supportive, doing everything they could to make sure I made it!
Girl I’m having my third c section.. that’s 3 babies under the age of three. This is why I love your channel.. so inspiring at being such a busy mum. Love all your tips & routines. You’re amazing xxx
I had 2 c sections 2 years apart almost to the day. Mine were very similar they were planned due to the fact i had a pelvic injury from a car accident. I was ok with my recovery i was up the next day with my 2nd as i had a 2 year old to look after aswel was still in so much pain tho. I like looking at my scar in the mirror even tho i didnt have my babies naturally im still so proud what i went through and achieved to bring them into this world all mums and woman in general should be so proud of them selfs and there bodys you are all truly amazing ❤ ❤
Thanks for sharing, I’ve had one natural birth and one c section and just preparing to become pregnant again and will need a second C-section. Really anxious about opening up my scar and doing it again, my C-section baby had breathing difficulties after he was born which I thought was down to being prem and a C-section, listening to how your multiple ops went has really helped so thanks again!
I had two c-sections 5 years apart. The first I was induced then put to sleep as baby didn't have time for me to be given an epidural. Horrid experience, second was elective, such a lovely procedure. I choose a elective for the same reason as you lucy, I didn't want to go through the same experience as the first and miss the skin to skin ect. The best thing I found is the more you move about little and often actually helped my pain. I found the longer you sit still the worse the pain is in my opinion xx
I had a 4th c section 3 weeks ago and I definitely agree the after pains now are worse than my last 3 and I am still on my pain meds, thank you for the video it's very honest and makes me feel not alone in this 😊
My little girl was born via c section and I was so disappointed that I didn't have a natural birth with my first baby. For months I felt guilty and almost like a failure in a way, like my body had let me down. I managed to get over those feelings and I realised that it doesn't matter how you bring them into the world, its about the mother you are. When I came out of my c section (I was put to sleep for it) I was numb from the waist down and because I'm so anxious I was in a state of panic and frustration and the midwives and doctors were laughing at me and asking why I was behaving like I was. Before I went in for the procedure I was also in a bad state of panic because I really feared the unknown and all they did was say that I should be able to deal with it! Not supportive at all! I was already so exhausted. My partner had to stand up for me because I couldn't. It was heartbreaking not getting the dream birth I expected. I was put onto a ward with other c section mums and I ran out of water on the first night. My partner was at home getting me some things and I was literally shouting for water and pressing the buzzer they provide you with. It was so hot on the ward I couldn't breathe very well because of my asthma so that didn't help! A member of the public had to ask someone to get me some water. The midwives also kept leaving the curtains open around my bed and I couldn't get up to close them when I wanted to breastfeed. I dont know if this happens in every hospital but they wouldnt let me leave until I could prove I could breastfeed properly. I was too stressed out and anxious to do it in the hospital, especially with no privacy! The ward was full of loud and rowdy families so I didnt sleep for about 4 nights, a complete lack of respect to be honest! They then incorrectly diagnosed my baby with jaundice twice. We were finally ready to go home and a midwife came in and for the second time claimed my baby had jaundice so we were unable to go home until the next day. It was a crap experience, not as bad as others which I fully understand but that was just my experience. I recovered quickly though and was up and about as soon as I got home xx
I just had my son and luckily had a natural water birth . I was close to have a c section and I was sooo nervous but luckily worked out for a natural. Can’t wait to watch
This is so helpful. Thank you for a proper honest account. I'm having my 3rd baby In a few weeks. I've got my 36 week appointment next week and a scan because my baby keeps going between breech and transverse so I'm thinking elective c section instead of trying to turn her because she'll probably flip back anyway and I do not want an emergency c section. I feel alot more confident asking for a section now though after watching your video. Thank you. Xx
My daughter is 4 weeks old and I had an emergency c section with her. the actual op was ok but the recovery like you I wasn’t prepared for the pain, I could lie flat on my back for a week I slept upright for a week and also getting up of the sofa was so painful! showering and just lifting my legs was so painful. But all in all it wasn’t that bad the actual labour itself was painful that when you get the c section your just happy for the pain to be numbed and your baby to be born ❤️
This video shows how amazing the human body is you carried your lovely children including twins that's so awesome to me especially having pcos and womb issues hearing this journey is fabulous Lucy! 💖👏🎉
I had twins 41 years ago and I was lucky and had them naturally. Also I didn't have an epidural. They weighed 6lbs7oz and 7lb8oz. They were both girls. I only gained 27 lbs so I was all baby. Time flys it still feels like it was yesterday. Today my girls are still very close they do everything together. Enjoy your kids because they grow up fast.
I was sick for hours and hours with my emergency c section too, my recovery was also good, I also spent a long time in hospital ( 5 days before and 5 days after) and I also struggled with the baby blues! Really relate to your first story! The different between epidural and spinal block is epidural can be topped up but spinal block only lasts for the duration of the surgery and some recovery etc and can’t be topped up x
Thank you so much for this video Lucy, so insightful and appreciate your honesty with everything! You are lovely inside and out and just love your channel 💜 xx
I've had 4 c-sections and each one was different and my last c-section I was cut from just underneath my navel down,as my bikini line was so thin due to previous c-sections and operations, that c-section was filmed and photographed for trainee surgeons as I was the first one in my county to have this procedure.
Steph Gibson I had a vertical incision too, or a ‘classical incision’, as they thought I might lose my womb. Interesting experience! Mine was five years ago.
@@tarae.m.9109 Mine was 23 years ago so it was a very rare procedure back then,I think I was about the 15th person that had it done but first in my county
Hi Lucy..thank you for this video. I've had two babies both by c sections and everyone at the hospital were very nice. Unfortunately with both sections, I developed infections after returning home, so the recovery took a lot longer. Nice to see you see doing well 😃
I really love your Chanel, I’ve followed you for a long time. I completely envy you and how calm and collected you are. You’re totally amazing and thought I’d jump on here and tell you how amazing you come across online, you do not look old enough to have 4 kids! You are really inspiring and I dream to be like you one day and how classy you are! 🤣 love ya from Belfast x
Love that you have done a video on this Lucy💗 I had an emergency c section with my first baby and it was so scary and surreal as I did not know anything about c sections with not having any family or friends have one to have heard their experiences so this will be so helpful for any mummy’s who may experience one💗xxx
I have also had 3 sections, 3 normal deliveries, the last one was a vbac. I never had an issue with pain as where I live, the epidural is left in for up to 48 hours after surgery (your choice), so that pain relief is automatically topped up that way. You can still get up and shower etc. I was home within 2 days after each one with really no need for any oral pain killers. I can't imagine your pain....agghh what we mother's go through!!
My first c-section was 5 years ago emergency becoz she was a breech baby, the recovery was painful and my scare wasnt the best. The second c-section was in february, emergency aswell because she was premature (33+4) at 4 in the morning. I was under the shower at 10.. recovery was very fast and much better than the first one..
Exactly what happened to me with my first, no progress with the horrendous drip ! Then rushed down within minutes, they knocked me out and baby out in 30 seconds ! Was absolutely terrifying but so grateful for the NHS 💕
I had a last minute but planned c section on Monday 18th, it's great to hear your experience and recovery and compare it to my own 🙂 Love watching your videos and this one was perfect timing for me☺️ xxx
I followed your pregnancy with the twins all the way through! I had my first c section in March (second baby) I was absolutely terrified and cried the whole week before because I was so scared and anxious! Omg how wrong was I, was such a smooth and calming experience! The only problem I had was getting the spinal block in, took over an hour as I have a slight curved spine, took 6-7 attempts 😩You’re not wrong about the pain afterwards though omg! They had me up out of bed around 4-5 hours after and wow did I feel it 😩 you’ve such a beautiful family btw 💕
Chloe H yeah they said it shouldn’t be a problem before I went in but it took over an hour, 6 attempts and needles in my spine and had to do a scan and mark all my back up to find the right spot as where they usually put the needle mine was a lot more narrow so was hard to find. Sounds a lot worse than the actual experience of it but yeah 😂
You are such an AMAZINGLY STRONG Women & Seriously a WONDERFUL WIFE & MOMMY, Daughter, Sister while Encouraging others that You have never even met with such Positive words & attitude.... 8 appreciate all the work you put into each & every Vlog Lucy & Jordan I truly look forward to Every one of your Vlogs GBY ALL with Peace, Good Health & Protection against this Coronavirus 🙏❤💙💙💙💖💖🤗✝️
my first section was just like that- an induction that didn't work- I had been hospitalized for a month for high blood pressure- age 25- so brutal- so I know- it was a sudden section too after they had me pushing for 4 hours and it not working........I was in shock, just shaking during the surgery........that was in 1983!!!!!
I had a c section Sep 2020 due to baby being breech. I'm due my second baby in a few weeks. I've been told I am a good candidate for Vbac but I am scared I don't know whether to just schedule another section in. My recovery was horrific the first time.
Thank you for this video Lucy, I had an emergency c section in December for the exact same reason baby’s heart rate crashed. This has really helped me, after the awful experience I had I think I’ll go for an elected c section next time. Keep well xxxx
Omg I think your truly amazing, xxxx your such a beautiful lady inside and outside...... really loved watching this video, I found it really interesting, as I had two nature births..... thankyou so so much for being so honest and real with us xxxxxxx love you and your family xxxx
I have had 2 natural births and 1 c section. I had a lot of pain after I remember snd I too have that ‘fold’. I remember wearing v high knickers for months after lol. Xxxxx. My children are 27, 25 and 21. X.
I was going to have a c section but my placenta was really low and had a another scan and it went high again so I had a normal birth thank god for my son and I had forceps that was really hard to recover xx hated it cannot walk properly for 6 weeks and recover for 6 weeks I was 40 weeks and 2 days with my boy I had high blood pressure and then went down soon as checked it again xxx I was size of you and when I was pregnant with my son I was massive xxx
I nearly had a c section with my first daughter, I hate it when people think having a section because there is nothing wrong as long as both mam and baby are ok
thanks for sharing - love your channel you are sooooo pretty and such a good mum...love that top on you can you link it or share where you got it...xxxxxx
Were your babies put on your chest afterwards like how they would be in a natural birth? My son wasn’t after my c section and it upsets me a lot sometimes
That nurse should not have been saying your going to crash when you were so happy and previously struggled before! So glad you coped well and proved her wrong. Your so pretty! Where is your top from it's lovely? ❤️ Xxx
Thanks for sharing your experiences, my third baby is booked in for my 1st c section on the 27th may due to having a low lying placenta. Very nervous 😥 and anxious.
Had one elective c section,, thank you for sharing this,, I am 21 with a boy you inspire me so much 🥰 I rushed out and I regretted it I only stayed 2 nights (got a blood transfusion after the section) didn’t take much pain relief when I got home I regret it so much !
Oh GOSH!! Girl I had trapped wind with my C-section and it was awful! I couldn’t move and adjust well because of the pain so it just sat there and it hurt so bad
I also had an emergancy c-section with my daughter due to failed induction. They tried all 3 methods over a course of 3 days and nothing worked!! I am lucky my daughters heart rate stayed perfect throughout the drip but it was getting too much for me and of course could not keep pumping me with drugs! Also agree the c-section itself is fine, the recovery is just horrendous, still recovering now 7 weeks later 😩 2 infections and still having the pains (not as bad though) 🤦♀️
I was a c section baby and my mum has always gone on about how much worse it was than when she had my sister vaginally... you’ve put my mind a little at rest 😂
I had an emergency c-section only 4 and a half months ago with my baby boy (first baby) and was very complicated as he got stuck in my pelvis so had to be pulled out feet first after doctors had to make a second incision (inside) up like a T 😔 I then ended up getting sepsis the next day...so that was fun 😕 Was in for 5 days after and baby was in NICU as he had a fractured skull 😔 He’s very well now though and thriving! 😊💙
I know! Never could I of imagined how different my birth was to how I actually wanted which was a water birth in the birthing centre 😂 Unfortunately due the nature of my section and it being so complicated, if I wanted anymore children (which we do) I would have to have a c-section as it could be dangerous if I was to go into labour/give birth naturally... That’s what I’ve been trying to get my head around as I had imagined giving birth my whole adult life and wanted to experience it 😔 Gotta do whats safe for me and baby in the end though I know 👍🏼
So glad you made this video, I had a c-section 2 weeks ago and I have all these questions and I’m just wondering how long it’ll take to feel normal again
I had a normal delivery with my first and a c section with my second and omg I agree totally with the pain especially when you get up and get out of bed. You definitely need the pain medication 😬
I had the same experience here I was forced to have a C section. In the USA or at least in Washington state USA healthcare is awful. I was 17 when I went through this it was an emergency c section and I have had two prior from this. The first one they put me under
Spinal injection is given higher in the spine, neck, but is like any injection, epidural must get between verterbras into spinal cord what is quite risky. Spinal injection I had numbed me from breast area down to my legs and wore of nicely with no problems. I felt consulant getting into my womb as if someone is rumaging in female handbag😉but was faint feeling. Zapain is co-codamol and I needed it for only 4 weeks. There was no need to stay longer in the hospital. I was 2 days in ICU cs I lost lots of blood.
I had my first baby a year ago , a planned c section under anaesthetic as I couldn’t have an epidural was in oxygen until the next day the hospital were awful I was stuck to tubes and was just left to it .. couldn’t lift my baby properly or get things as I was on a drip so could only move a meter from my bed ..was let out of hospital under 24 hours and was so ill a week later with an infection 😭 still got my mum pouch a year later 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️worse first experience 🤦🏼♀️
I have had one emergency csetion and a booked in csetion for my second child which went perfectly . But Is it true that you can only have 3 c sections, as the doctors have told me I wouldn't beable to give birth naturally due to various reasons.. But nobody explained if I could have more baby's in a csetion if I was ever to have more than 3? Xxx
I am not sure if anyone has said this but the anesthetist will stay with you for safety precautions, in case you need more medication or have adverse reactions they are there to respond straight away :)
I've had 2 c sections was my first daughter my girl was 10 weeks early and then on my last babies they were twin boys but both my sections I was up and walking 6-7 hours after goes to show every c section is different.
When the nurse said you were going to crash I believe she meant your stats, not your mood. The anaesthetist would be at your head checking your vitals, your stats, keeping you topped up and checking your skin for signs of a lack of oxygen. It’s one of the most complex jobs in medicine. I enjoy your channel, just passing on some info. I had an elective section too, owing to a blood clotting disorder FVL, and fibroids, I had a vertical incision, or ‘classic’ section. I always liken my delivery and subsequent recovery to that of a beautiful car crash. I left the hospital euphoric with my beautiful, extremely hairy baby son. I would definitely do it again too. Your two girls are making me extremely broody! Such beauties.💛

So weird that nurse didn’t like you being happy! Obviously projecting some of her own emotions onto you! Love you Lucy! 💕
I had an emergency c section about 4 months ago, thank you so much for this video. Its amazing to finally hear someone having a similar experience❤
Thanks for sharing, I’ve had one natural birth and one c section and just preparing to become pregnant again and will need a second C-section. Thank you I loved this! Having my first csection mid July and sooo nervous. My first born is 20 years old so I feel like a first time mum again 😅
This video shows how amazing the human body is you carried your lovely children including twins that's so awesome to me especially having pcos and womb issues hearing this journey is fabulous Lucy! 💖👏🎉
I know I say it all of the time but WHAT AN INSPIRATIONAL WOMAN YOU ARE ❤️
The trapped wind omg 😩😩 that totally took over the pain of the c section itself! I had it for a good 3-4 days afterwards 😭 xx
Gosh, me too! The trapped wind was awful and as weird as this sounds I could even feel that pressure in my upper back 😖 the joys of postpartum x
Phoebe Davidson yeah I really struggled for the first few days! I had endless peppermint teas throughout the day but didn’t help much 😩 x

Wow! Amazing 👏🏻🥰
Thank you Lucy for your c section stories. I think there is still a taboo around c sections xx
Hi Lucy..thank you for this video. I've had two babies both by c sections and everyone at the hospital were very nice. Unfortunately with both sections, I developed infections after returning home, so the recovery took a lot longer. Nice to see you see doing well 😃
Thankyou !!!! Great to hear your point of view xxx❤️
Thank you for watching Sophie 🥰
Love your content ❤sending you tons of love! I wanted to ask how long did it take you to get pregnant again after your c sections?
I followed your pregnancy with the twins all the way through! I had my first c section in March (second baby) I was absolutely terrified and cried the whole week before because I was so scared and anxious! Omg how wrong was I, was such a smooth and calming experience! The only problem I had was getting the spinal block in, took over an hour as I have a slight curved spine, took 6-7 attempts 😩You’re not wrong about the pain afterwards though omg! They had me up out of bed around 4-5 hours after and wow did I feel it 😩 you’ve such a beautiful family btw 💕
Thank you so much Charley. Huge congratulations to you & so pleased it went well. Thank you for watching! Lots of love 🥰🥰
Oh I have a slightly curved spine too so that's interesting to know! Perhaps something I'll keep in mind for baby number 2 😂
@@careywade6835 you just kinda deal with it all don't you 😂 but still sounds crappy haha
Chloe H definitely, don’t have much choice do we 😂
Thank you for sharing your story ❤️
Love love love your videos! And your family is adorable 💕💕
Thank you very much 🥰🥰
Just about to choose between an elective or attempting vbac, thank you so much for sharing this!! X
No worries. All the best to you 🥰
Hi lucy, how long does it take to get rid of all c-section effects, how long to full recovery?
You are such an AMAZINGLY STRONG Women & Seriously a WONDERFUL WIFE & MOMMY, Daughter, Sister while Encouraging others that You have never even met with such Positive words & attitude....
8 appreciate all the work you put into each & every Vlog Lucy & Jordan
I truly look forward to Every one of your Vlogs
GBY ALL with Peace, Good Health & Protection against this Coronavirus 🙏❤💙💙💙💖💖🤗✝️
my first section was just like that- an induction that didn't work- I had been hospitalized for a month for high blood pressure- age 25- so brutal- so I know- it was a sudden section too after they had me pushing for 4 hours and it not working........I was in shock, just shaking during the surgery........that was in 1983!!!!!
today I found out I am going to need a scheduled c-section, this was a big help. Thank you :)
Thank you so much for watching Wendy 🤍
I have had 2 natural births and 1 c section. I had a lot of pain after I remember snd I too have that ‘fold’. I remember wearing v high knickers for months after lol. Xxxxx. My children are 27, 25 and 21. X.
Got my c-section booked for a couple weeks away !! Ahh
I was going to have a c section but my placenta was really low and had a another scan and it went high again so I had a normal birth thank god for my son and I had forceps that was really hard to recover xx hated it cannot walk properly for 6 weeks and recover for 6 weeks
I was 40 weeks and 2 days with my boy I had high blood pressure and then went down soon as checked it again xxx
I was size of you and when I was pregnant with my son I was massive xxx
I nearly had a c section with my first daughter, I hate it when people think having a section because there is nothing wrong as long as both mam and baby are ok
thanks for sharing - love your channel you are sooooo pretty and such a good mum...love that top on you can you link it or share where you got it...xxxxxx
Very kind thank you. It’s a dress from topshop that is sold out unfortunately 🤍
Absolutely love your videos about things like this! Xxx
Lookin lovely Lucy. Also, how sweet was Jenson....hanging around and waiting to come in 💙
Not related to the topic but I love your hair and makeup in this💕
Were your babies put on your chest afterwards like how they would be in a natural birth? My son wasn’t after my c section and it upsets me a lot sometimes
Yes they were. Sorry to hear that 🤍
My story is similar to your first, was being induced and his heart rate was dropping, so wondered if it could have been the same!
Aw Della I hope this video has eased you a bit? It’s honestly absolutely fine. You will be so well looked after 🤍
Lucy Jessica Carter thank you so much 😊
Had one elective c section,, thank you for sharing this,, I am 21 with a boy you inspire me so much 🥰
I rushed out and I regretted it I only stayed 2 nights (got a blood transfusion after the section) didn’t take much pain relief when I got home I regret it so much !
I’m so glad you’ve done this video...people never talk about them. X #CsectionSister
I know this is off topic 😭 but what dye do you use on your eyebrows?
I’ve had two c-section with both of my babies. Both c-section was different . I would say my first one was bad ❣️
Love your channel and your cute family❤️❤️
Thank you Naomi 🥰
I had an emergency c-section only 4 and a half months ago with my baby boy (first baby) and was very complicated as he got stuck in my pelvis so had to be pulled out feet first after doctors had to make a second incision (inside) up like a T 😔
I then ended up getting sepsis the next day...so that was fun 😕
Was in for 5 days after and baby was in NICU as he had a fractured skull 😔
He’s very well now though and thriving! 😊💙
Wow, that is a wild delivery story! I'm so glad everything is fine now!
Aww lovely that sounds horrendous! I got sepsis too after emergency section with my first and it was so traumatic so I know how you feel xx
That’s what I’ve been trying to get my head around as I had imagined giving birth my whole adult life and wanted to experience it 😔 Gotta do whats safe for me and baby in the end though I know 👍🏼
How you take care of your scar?
So glad you made this video, I had a c-section 2 weeks ago and I have all these questions and I’m just wondering how long it’ll take to feel normal again
Hey hun, how are you doing? Sending my love 😘
Hope all went well.
My first c section wasn't painful and didn't bother me, my second was another story 😂 definitely wasn't expecting that pain, xx
I had a normal delivery with my first and a c section with my second and omg I agree totally with the pain especially when you get up and get out of bed. You definitely need the pain medication 😬
So pretty 😍❤️
Thank you 🥰
@@LucyJessicaCarter Stay safe ❤️
I had a normal pregnancy at home unexpectedly and i experienced bad after pains and i only have 1 baby💞🎀 love you btw xx
I had the same experience here I was forced to have a C section. In the USA or at least in Washington state USA healthcare is awful. I was 17 when I went through this it was an emergency c section and I have had two prior from this. The first one they put me under
Forced but it was an emergency?
Love your channel, so inspiring❤
Thank you Una 🥰
just watching your video right now! I know u r 8 hours ahead of me......
I subscribe to you like 3 weeks before the twins were born and I followed you since then absolutely beautiful love you 🥰🥰
Thank you so much Karina 🥰
I had my first baby a year ago , a planned c section under anaesthetic as I couldn’t have an epidural was in oxygen until the next day the hospital were awful I was stuck to tubes and was just left to it .. couldn’t lift my baby properly or get things as I was on a drip so could only move a meter from my bed ..was let out of hospital under 24 hours and was so ill a week later with an infection 😭 still got my mum pouch a year later 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️worse first experience 🤦🏼♀️
Very sorry to hear that 🤍
I have had one emergency csetion and a booked in csetion for my second child which went perfectly . But Is it true that you can only have 3 c sections, as the doctors have told me I wouldn't beable to give birth naturally due to various reasons.. But nobody explained if I could have more baby's in a csetion if I was ever to have more than 3? Xxx
I think it's something about the scarred tissue, like it's too far gone after 3 sections..?
What are you wearing on your lips Lucy xx
I am not sure if anyone has said this but the anesthetist will stay with you for safety precautions, in case you need more medication or have adverse reactions they are there to respond straight away :)
I had an emergency c section with my twins. I am about to have a planned one with no 3. I am hoping I can have one more baby after no.3
Did you wear any compression underwear after? I feel like the post c section care is not spoken of.
Is it true more than 3 c sections increases risk of uterine rupture?
I've had 2 c sections was my first daughter my girl was 10 weeks early and then on my last babies they were twin boys but both my sections I was up and walking 6-7 hours after goes to show every c section is different.
Does anyone else think Lucy Jessica looks like a prettier Shaughna from Love Island?
Maybe not "prettier" but tied for pretty!
Love your channel
Thank you Calvin 🥰
Your welcome stay safe
I have had 2 emergency sections due to both my boys being 3 weeks early and breech! Literally identical 😅
Tara E.M. Hi Tara, no, it was in relation to my mood :)
Thank you for all of your info Tara! 🤍
Glad you came home with two beautiful girls. You seem a devoted mother.
Looking beautiful as ever in d black dress....plz link....
you have the best family!!!!!!
