Biggest thing I can recommend for group cosplays, is everyone works on their own stuff, together. Speaking from experience doing an ODST build with a 6 man group, taking it all on yourself when there’s scheduling conflicts is brutal. Absolutely brutal. Even if they’re not into cosplay crafting, it’s a great time to teach and do together. But taking it on yourself will drain you. It ended up working out, but… just trust me.

I gotta ask cause it's been driving me insane looking for them. Did you guys make your own leather pouches or did you guys buy them online? I've been frantically looking for some that have looked similar but have had no luck.

I've been searching etsy for the setup that i use in-game, and so far the only physical items i've found for purchase are:
    My helmet
    (One of) my sidearms
    My grenades
I've also found stl files for:
    One of my equipped stratagems
    My primary
I may end up giving in and just getting myself a consistent armour set.

How sturdy is this? I might make a set to go airsofting and I do like to do the occasional swan dive, usually into mud, and other such chicanery. It looks like it will hold up, I'm just curious.

Not sturdy at all. BBs will punch holes in it and any hard impacts will likely break or shatter parts. That's just the nature of 3d prints

Looks awesome! Just wondering, how would I do the foam for the arm and leg pieces?
