Form 11b, if it says property can't register because no transaction and no electricity bill before 2013. So this kind of properties can't be registered? The land is purchased by builder 2021 and later he did conversion, approval everything done.. so can't we purchase site here?

What if Form 9 can be seen but nothing is displayed under Verify if the property can be registered? The screen is blank even after I enter PID. It displays details for other PIDs
Form 9 is equal to A Khata, e-swathu website has some issues for more than 6 months, still it is not resolved, even i experience same problem. Try to close the window, refresh and then key in the PID.

Sir your property should have been moved from gramapanchayat limits to Nagara Sabha limits so going forward you will get Khata issued by Nagara Sabha & you would be paying Property tax to Nagara Sabha, may be you get Form 3 i think
Is it showing as this property can be registered ? If possible whatsapp me the Property ID. Yes, you can get loans from private housing finance companies only, can't get loan from nationalized banks & even may not get loan from reputed private banks like ICICI and HDFC Bank.

First you need to convert the land from agriculture to non agriculture purpose, then take layout plan approval from local planning authority/Gramapanchayat, only then you can sell the plots sir.

You can get loan from private housing finance companies like Canfin, IndiaBulls, Piramal, Fullerton and other NBFCs
