Madam/ Sir, BBMP is creating eKhata for every property. The GPS of property is mandatory to get eKhata. BBMP staff will visit you in few days to capture your property GPS. Please keep copy of your property tax receipt ready and cooperate with BBMP staff so that GPS is tagged correctly to your property. I heard nowadays they are not issuing e khata for properties without proper approvals. For some time they had issued khata for properties registered until June 2013.

Gram panchayat has authority to approve the layout that is DC converted Land only if the land is 1 acre or less than 1 acre. Ondu ekre mele 1 gunta kuda idru saha town planning or Urban Develeopment Authority inda layout approve aagutte.
@udaykumartopare1749 Yes sir, have explained this point in my previous videos. GP can't approve it directly even though it is less than 1 acre, GP will forward the file to TP, inturn PRED, AE etc get internal approvals only then GP can approve.

While applying for E Khata try to update correct infyif it allows you. Moreover, ARO or his data entry team will know how to update it from back-end.

Gram panchayat has authority to approve the layout that is DC converted Land only if the land is 1 acre or less than 1 acre. Ondu ekre mele 1 gunta kuda idru saha town planning or Urban Develeopment Authority inda layout approve aagutte.
@udaykumartopare1749 Yes sir, have explained this point in my previous videos. GP can't approve it directly even though it is less than 1 acre, GP will forward the file to TP, inturn PRED, AE etc get internal approvals only then GP can approve.
