Agree, and must be military or former military guy that has attention to detail and appreciates simple, understandable instructions. Also, your watch in the video gave that away 😅. Love it, great product and installation instructions. I only wondered if for structure it is worth keeping the original pre-cut clear plastic piece to use again with the replacement pad. Thanks again and DOL!

Excellent video and good product - My only slight complaint was that the headband was slightly too long for my earphones so they are somewhat bunched up. It doesn't look 100% perfect, but I don't much care (its a minor issue) and it works & feels great. I'm so happy to have only spent about $30 to save my $200+ earphones (they would have gone in the trash otherwise). My guess on the headband being slightly too big is perhaps there have been many models of these with slight variances in size. Installation was very easy using this video. Well done.
Headband should fit fine. It will depend on when you lined it up under the clip and if the edge on the headband is flush. Email for info if you like - info@accessoryhouseglobal.com
Thanks - Yeah possibly I didn't underlay the first side under the clip properly - We have a 2nd pair and may try again on that one.
Thank you for posting. You manage to perfectly center the headband in the video, but I’m noticing on my QC15s that the replacement headband extends past the clamp point on one of the sides. That is to say, I can clamp one side but not the other (it extends less than a centimeter, but still too much). It appears to be Velcro’d properly and taut. Thanks for any advice.

So I don't have to do this again, are there any velcro slip bands we can add on to prevent wear and tear?
How do you mean? Like a wrap over the headband?
@@accessoryhouse Yeah. I stripped the plastic pieces out of the original headband and am thinking of fabricating something like a wrap for when I'm outside working to prevent sweat from ruining the replacement.
@@BobbyLips you can find material type wraps on amazon. Might need adjusting though

The little phillips head screwdriver in the kit was too large for the headband clips. ☹ I guess i need to buy some jewler's screwdrivers.
The screwdriver included has been used for over 4 years on those QC2/15 screws. I have not had any complaints about it. Check that there is no dirt or other inside the screw head.
@@accessoryhouse The headband has four screws on each side: two at the bottom near the hinge and two on the clips holding the headband. The supplied screwdriver fits the two on the bottom near the hinge but the ones holding the headband clips very clearly have a smaller phillips head "cross." I don't know why my set is different than the ones you have seen before, but the screwdriver definitely does not fit the smaller cross screws.

@@accessoryhouse From what I can tell, yes. Blue handle with the three grooves and a hexagonal end on the plastic handle.

Bought, received and installed! Looks so much more high end and clean compared to the ‘zipper’ designs. Looks better than the original IMO with the textured leather on the top of the headband. Install was ultra easy. Changed the headband and ear cushions in 5 minutes. Great product. You should be proud.
