    I just bought this product, with the Headband cushion also. I just wanted to say here, that the product is really great and it seems like it's really well made. I installed it as instructed in this video and the headrest video, and had zero issues at all. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from these guys! Thanks a bunch for reviving my old QC15's.

    Excellent product. The video was good and it was easier than I thought. I was considering buying a complete new set of headphones but glad I found this product to fix my crumbling ear pads and headband. 5 stars.

    When I remove the ear cushion, part of the flexible ring tore off and got stuck in the clips. Had to remove that part as well after I realize the cups will never fit. I would've probably not figure it out without the video. Works as good as new.

    Not sure why but my pack had both the blue L/R scrims and also some plain black ones. Is this so you have an option of colours? In the video the black ones are just lying on the bench. Replacement ear pads and head pad look great and easy to install.

      Yes, it is just extras so you can make a choice. Newer model Bose headphones all have the L and R scrims. Original is just black though 😁

    Was a little tricky getting the rings under the clips but not too bad.

    Does AHG make the plastic bit between the headband and the swivel?

    • @accessoryhouse
      @accessoryhouse  ปีที่แล้ว

      Unfortunately no, if I am thinking of the right piece it's a piece of hard plastic inside another piece of hard plastic. Very hard to get at and not designed to br removed

    • @DoubleApexSA
      @DoubleApexSA ปีที่แล้ว

      @@accessoryhouse That piece has broken on both sides of my QC2s, and now the headphones have been rendered almost useless. I only realised this after I changed the headband and earpads (both AHG items) earlier today.

      @@DoubleApexSA sorry, I think you are talking about the plastic clip. Two Sides and two screws. Correct. If so I have a replacement for them as the old headband model had a zipper on it and I had to make new clips to fit the zipper under it. Email me - info@accessoryhouseglobal.com

    I have QC 15s. You say the pad clips underneath the little clips, but not so in my headphones. If there are clips they are so miniscule that the pads do not fit underneath them (and snap into place as you say). In fact, when I took my pads of the headphones, it seems to me that they were glued on or taped on with those little double sided tapes. There was no snapping sound as I took the pads off the headphones. The pads merely pulled off (as if glued or taped.) And now there is no way to "snap" the pads back under the "clips" that are supposed to be there. There is no "snapping" the pad back onto the headphones. The tiny clips I see on my headphones are so tiny as to not be usable. Very disappointing because now I've taken the old pads off, can't get the new pads on and my headphones are useless.

      Check that you did not tear the old rim off the ear pad when removing the old pads.

    Interesting. My replacement scrims only had maybe 3/4" of adhesive and didn't fit as nicely as the video; they just kind of lay in there. I feel like mine were pretty much pieces of shit compared to the nice video.
