I love this hotel, been twice. Can't wait to return. The staff are lovely. Food is great although the Select Club snacks are very limited and repetitive which is a shame. Spotlessly clean, peaceful and close to all the great bars, beaches, shops etc...
The select club option is not worth having as you have to sit in the room with your drink. They are better than the usual all inclusive drinks but you cannot take them to the pool or to the concert room.
It's true, this is why I call it Adults recommended, since its the correct legal way of saying now, or "non-suitable for children" is another option 👀😊
If you're planning on visiting this hotel and you're in a wheelchair. Unless you were also able to walk this is not the place for you. There are only two rooms in this hotel that are totally wheelchair accessible and they will only guarantee you one of the two of these rooms two weeks in advance of your arrival.
That is true, however, as a former reception manager I can say, there is a secret: once you book it, they automatically asign it to you and block it under you reservation putting a comment: "do not move". The reason why they can't legally guarantee it til later, is in case smth happens in the room before your arrival making it unsuitable: like a breakage, piping issues, something not working or needing urgent reform.

However, in this particular situation, we booked the room 14 months in advance and when we arrived the room was rented out to someone else. I personally feel that they give precedence to organisations like tui and jet 2. if you are in a wheelchair and Non-ambience this is a very big question. basically, it is not possible to use a shower all right toilets. If you cannot use these two basic facilities and you do not have a holiday and what do you do how can you possibly find another hotel at such short notice and your flights I already booked. it is a massive issue

Yes, at least that’s what’s stated on their website. There’s not much to do for children here either. I haven’t seen any children while there

Around the hotel doesnt look very nice and the views aren’t that good from what ive seen, shame because it looks lovely
