Excuse me, but I'm Spanish and always have lived in Benidorm and Spanish driving is nowhere near to reckless. In fact (I know it isn't representative of all British people), the British people who come to Benidorm for their hen/stag parties and get really drunk, I think is another thing one should beware. The fact that there is no need for traffic lights at some zebra crossings, reflects that pedestrians have full priority. Nobody is going to run over anybody else. What should be added to the pea men segment is! if you stop anywhere around them to watch you will be a target for there many pickpockets they have in their gang
I don’t know why anybody would go all the way to Spain and choose Benidorm. Go and experience Spain it’s an amazing country with delicious food and great culture. Benidorm is basically Essex with good weather.
so which of Spain would you recommend? Been only once and it was in Fuengirola . 1 day in Malaga and 1 day on the cable car benalmadena and torremolinos . Between July and August I think it's the best time.
Try the North West Coast regions, La Carruna, El Ferrol, Santiago De Castilla and such! Great Rioja wine and of course seafood! Much cheaper than the 'Brit traps' of the South East Costas!
That is very true. Why eat egg and chips when paella and all that lovely Spanish food is available??? Sacrilege!!!
I visited Madrid two years ago before Corona. It is a lovely city and well worth a visit.
I used that yellow and blue euro net atm in my hotel in Alicante. It costed 4 € fee every time i took money out. I wont use them again. Thanks for the tips.
Thank you for info. Well done.
I didn't even check who the video maker was and was thinking "I know this guys voice, it sounds really familiar". Asa!
I guess you could insert any cheap European seaside resort in the title of this video. I lived in Tenerife during the 90s and at that time you could add to the list -
1) Timeshare touts
2) Looky - looky men....from whom you could buy a Rolex watch for a tenner 😉
3) PR's for bars and restaurants, they'll nag you so much you lose your appetite
that shop with the old couple in.they robbed me years ago..and it's still going on in their...unbelievable
There is a way to easily scam the Pea Men. First Approach with your wallet open and place your money whilst subtly exposing a large pile of some worthless cheap currency in your wallet. This will tempt them into letting you win your first Bet/s in order to extract the whole lot from you. Place your money, win, then thank them for their time. Be sure you don't get followed.
Never been to mainland spain but i visit the canaries all the time.
The Canaries are better because they have all year hot weather. But the Benidorm night life is brilliant and bonkers ( before covid anyway )!!!
Just aviod benidorm or were lots of brits and Irish go on holiday.
😍😍😍😍😍😍
Love these vids Asa. Please keep them coming
benidorm cant think of a worse place to go on holiday
Cheers Asa from sunny Oswaldtwistle, lovin the content about Benidorm. Love the place but to everyone, don't leave common sense back in Blightly along with the rain when you go away. :)
Chav Central. NO thank you. Ever.
No it’s not, I’ve been going for 17 years since I was a child.
Sorry chaps. Not for changing on this one. I’d rather loose a limb, no, multiple limbs than suffer that hellhole. Leave it with you!.
KT CLM06 You have absolutely no idea what it’s like.
Forever And Ever Thank you, you are absolutely correct and neither do I care to nor want to have my opinion altered. Just for your information though, I have visited in the not so distant past. It was s***e then in my opinion and with the UK export of embarrassing badly behaved chavs since, I have every confidence standards have plummeted lower.
Please let’s end this conversation here?. I acknowledge your opinion as I hope you do mine and we can agree to disagree?,
Yer definitely chavtastic place. It’s like Blackpool on steroids. AVOID. !!
Indoor market for money change, Rates are what you see is what you get. Very safe and great rates.
Can't imagine why anyone would want to go here.
Look at them 😬
Good sensible video showed some good things to be awareness of
Excellent thank you.
Thanks for the advice mate
