  • How to make an EASY Delicious GYRO... but VEGAN. This 100% plant based gyro is made with a seitan "meat" and even has tzatziki sauce!     Oh wow! Thanks for the link. This will be a keeper - can't wait to try it on hubby. He's transitioning to WFPB diet due to heart disease diagnosis. (He's not loving the transition . Trying to find recipes that have a "chew." He doesn't like baby food textures.) This recipe sounds fabulous! I'm going to watch your Tzatziki Sauce video next. THANKS.

    Wow this looks amazing! Is it possible to steam the seitan in an Instant Pot? I’m sure I’d boil the pot dry at least once if steaming 90 minutes on the stove! 🤣

      Steaming is steaming. The instant pot will run dry when steaming too. If you mean pressure cooking? You can but it will change the texture.

    I make your cold cuts recipe around once per week or so, I absolutely love having it with crackers. I see a lot of parallels between that recipe and this one, so I'm curious to know the reason for using a pot steamer vs instant pot steaming. Cheers!

    I’d love this, but I can’t consume gluten. Is there a way it can be made w/ out gluten flour.
