Woodturning: how to do satisfying and easy work

- A project idea accessible to beginners. Of course it is imperative to know how to use woodworking machines and the band saw to make this piece in jatoba, ash and epoxy resin.
After a passage with a wood lathe and a nice finish with carnauba wax, you will have the satisfaction of having done a nice job with the most beautiful effect.
It is in my studio that I film my work in a calm and relaxing atmosphere of the asmr type in order to share my ideas with you.

Wow! Cutting stripes into a piece is a wood turning concept I have never seen before. It looks almost like a tiger pattern. This is quite impressive. Beautiful! The only problem is, who is ever going to use it as a bowl with that gorgeous design?

Its organic shapes remind me of marine and plant life mixed together. Sea urchins, corals, anemones, mushrooms, flowers... Beautiful.

It's a much simpler construction than most of your other projects, but the final result is no less effective. Its shape is very organic, and the resin colour looks almost natural, and I really like that.

Reminded me of bowls I saw in North Africa, simple yet strong design elements. The gold epoxy was still evident in the 'Eye', very nice subtle bowl. Thank you Morgan for treating us to another piece of unique artwork. Be safe and well my friend. 👍

Resembles an eyeball in so many different ways. Either an entire eye with the surrounding lashes or as just the iris with the lighter wood being the reflection of a light. Very cool!
