Right on! Totally a nice break from studying anatomy, ha ha. Seeing what other people carry in their first aid kits is one of my favorite things to see. I used to carry a super light weight, minimal first aid kit, but don't anymore after having taken a Wilderness First Responder course. Great video! Thanks for sharing!

where did you find the small toothpaste tube that you use for chapstick?

Maybe I missed it. Where did you get the containers that the alcohol is in?

Why would you use toothpaste when our hiking in bear country? Just use water. The purpose of brushing is to remove food. Toothpaste is just a flux.
