New World PvP - Unyielding Artifact - SnS/Spear - Heavy Armor - Arenas 18

I got the Unyielding Artifact Heavy Helm, so I leveled it up in the Arenas. I used a similar build to what I recommended for New Players in my discussion video, SnS/Spear. It is a very tanky and disruptive build that keeps opponents busy and gives teammates 10% damage. The Artifact Helm just makes it gave me even more damage resistance. I actually start the video with my OPR build using Defensive Formation but I switched to Leadership and lowered my con once I realized it. I was running 250 con, 150 dex, 200+ str by the end, build at the end of the video. Enjoy!

Bro, every time you stun with shield bash you completely waste it to just start light attack spamming. Swap to your spear and hit a guaranteed skewer to the back or a sweep with coup at least. Such a complete waste of your stun, might as well not even take shield bash and take whirling blade or something instead if you're never gonna make any use out of that stun.

Thanks for the advice. I am trying to play as many builds as I can at once right now so I dont play spear very often.

Yeah FS and BB are definitely too strong in arenas right now, I think because they are supposed to be balanced for opr

Well SNS plus any other melee weapon is easy mode. At least fire staff requires skill.

I feel the opposite but maybe I am just more used to Fire Staff. SnS Stuns are great unless you miss or are too far away to do anything. maybe its my lag@@humbertopineiro834
