Can you do a video about what protective gear you are using on a race run?
I use the RaceFace Indy knee pads every ride, sometimes if it's loose and dry I will wear the elbow pads as well.

Wow, definitely watch out for the cow parsnip on the trail there haha (the big plants with the big white umbrella shaped flowers), the sap from those is corrosive and will give you a nasty rash not unlike poison ivy.

That run had everything, including a Deer.
Deer seem to like bike parks, I rode Silver Mountain Idaho last week and saw a whitetail fawn right in the middle of the trail.

I know that this is a dumb question but on your racing videos at the start everyone starts going at the 3 on the count down why is that? Dont they need to wait until the count down reaches 1?
You can go anytime from '5 seconds to go' because there is a start sensor. Once we pass the sensor the time starts.

12:14 is it not possible to rail the high roots on the left and then scoot in beside the stump and gap the grassy section? Gopro makes it look straight after that but I'm a joey so I'm likely wrong.
Scratch that the angle at 13:41 makes me realize you'd smash your bars on the tree right.
That's what line choice is all about! Weighing the options and see what works for you and your style. and what's quickest.

Jackson Crowe if you didn’t know riding counts as excersise so I don’t know if you’ve got any trails in 5ks but I know I can ride some of plenty gorge just remember to wear a mask on the roads their!
