Land prices went up a lot from 2018 to 2020. They continued to rise up until the last year there staying steady. I doubt prices will go down much if any, main factor is there are more people and less land available.

Haha look at what land in the Midwest is selling for and not your usda data. Some parcels have went for 20000 an acre for farmland. I bought land in 2018 and know what it’s worth now so yes I’ve made up my own facts from first hand knowledge
