Unfortunately the landlord ( Parker Cocks ) scammed us on the house.
He took a loan out on the house and never made his loan payments to the bank.So our home ended up getting foreclosed on, by the bank 🏦.Parker never informed us on the foreclosure.We found out about the foreclosure went a bank representative knocked on the door.
