Diagonal running and vertical passing is realistic. Running between 2 defenders and getting the ball between those 2 defenders not. Very good drill. Execution is not (yet) game like.
I use the concepts for my u12 team. first they need to understand what the ask is than we progress to a more realistic 4v2 with a possession half and an attacking half that can only be entered after a through ball. the concepts here illustrate when to use set and through balls. so good video.
