I learned aggressive downshifting and rev matching on the hero passion from age of 16...so to avoid locking of rear wheels ..i naturally got adapted to slowly releasing the clutch and i mean really slowly ( at the biting point where you can feel when the wheel is gonna lock)....and you can develop this skill to use instead.....basically your hand is the one doing the job of slipping the clutch....
Bro can you explain your whole process of changing gears? I, for example, stops accelerating and then press the clutch completely and then change the gears and afterwards I slowly release the clutch while accelerating at the same time. @kcgamingyt3932
@@yashnigam2704yes that’s what should ideally be done but there’s a little uncommon technique which is little advanced that is Engine Braking, see, the gears in a motorcycle or a car are like us common people who can put some celebrity into fame and help him rise on the other hand we can drop him from his fame and start his downfall similarly the gear can increase the speed as well as decrease it suppose you are in the 5th gear cruising in 70kmph now if you drop gears that is come to 4, 3, 2 you’ll feel like the bike is slowing down and the revs going up (like VROOOMM!!!) this is engine braking. Now there’s a drawback of the same and the drawback is a bit dangerous that is when you downshift aggressively there’s a mismatch between the wheel rpm and the engine rpm resulting in the rare wheel to lockup causing dis balance. Now to avoid that there’s two methods 1. Develop a skill known as rev matching 2. Use Slipper clutch (I recommend learning rev matching but buy a slipper clutch bike, because you know like the modern tech so…) what rev matching does is it more or less brings the engine RPM & the Wheel RPM Closer resulting in no wheel locking up and efficient engine braking. Then what slipper clutch does is… as the name suggests it slip’s causing the back torque to balance out so no wheel locking during aggressive downshifting. Thank you 🎉 Edit: I forgot mentioning, rev matching is done my slightly blipping the throttle when you are ready to downshift. Here three things are done together a) disengaging the clutch b) downshifting c) throttle blipping By throttle blipping you are increasing the engine rpm manually in order to avoid the wheels hopping popping as mentioned earlier… 😼

I just bought a cfmoto nk300 that has the slipper clutch and for a beginner rider, it really makes me feel like I can flip through those gears like a pro, it really is too much fun.

That's a myth, slipper clutch only comes into action when wheel speed and engine speed has high difference. Otherwise it provides engine braking just like normal clutch. Either way, you can't use engine braking, when wheel speed is too high, the rear wheel will either hop or lock.
