In a 150 cc bike can the stock 5-gear set be replaced by a 6-gear assembly for smoother top end speed ?

Did you feel any below difference in gear shifting after installing the slipper clutch?
1- slickness in gear engagement?
2- delay in gear engagement?
3- throttling delay after rolling movement to throttling?
4- Loose clutch cables after installation?

Hi Brother I wanted to inform that I've been using n250 slipper clutch on my rs200 for few months. Now the the problem is the its slipping at higher rev range. So am moving back to 6 plates stock clutch assembly.

You don’t need the basket since its a new bike…
yes, honestly I don't need anything right now LOL. And I wouldn't need the basket too in the future if I install the slipper clutch. But everything else except the N250 basket would be required. @@rezlatech4486

Bro, the tachometer of my ns200 shakes a lot after 7k RPM? I've taken it to SVC, they were like 'it has vibrations, and it can't be fixed… doesn't matter even if you get it changed'. Do you have any solution about this? 😶
Use rubber washers where the headlight assembly is mounted on the bike chassis….this will solve the issue

Hii bro ,my 2023 ns 200 completed 2nd service yesterday...the showroom service didn't reset the service remainder km...I don't know how to reset the km...there is no vdo for 2023 ns in TH-cam...pls reply
Hold the mode button when bike is off and turn on the key/switch….wait till the spanner icon disappears

People say 20w40 for liquid cooled and oil cooled engine bcoz it's thinner and these engines have less oil flow spaces.... While 20w50 is for air cooled engines which is more viscous and thick made for engines that allow bigger space for the oil flow.........So can I used 20w50 after installing slipper clutch in bs3 ns200?
i have a carbureted ns200,ive been using 20-50,when i used 20-40 engine seems to be hotter than im used to and its kind of scary hot

I bought NS200 bs6 phase 1 in 2021, done 14000km. The power is insane for a 199cc bike, it's explosive power delivery is addictive, even gixxer 250 couldn't gap me in winding hilly roads. My brother now bought this new ns200 2024, when i test drove, even after riding aggressively, it lacks the explosiveness of ns200 2021. Now i realize i will not sell my NS200 and i want to install slipper clutch in it. Will it bring down the explosive power delivery of my NS200?
