I do weights and excercize now because of you 2 ,Nathan ,Jamie and Ben gravy... major life issues have been changed by all you guys thankyou. I am about to turn 56 yo and live in the australian outbackish , 4 years in drought , nothing burning here. When i come to hawaii one day i will shake all your hands.... respect guys

I started doing the other routine you did back in July with the 10 pull-ups, and then the other 4 exercises with the swiss ball finishing with push-ups. All I can say is that I started doing all exercises individually with 15 sec rest in between them because it is SUPER HARD to do them all in one take. It has been 2 weeks with this daily routine and I can finally do 1 serie without stopping and man it feels good! It's also pretty short and intense which is my favorite format. This one is defintely longer and since I'm also doing workouts on the side, I'll try it for sure. Otherwise I would love to see how you train holding your breath and endurance in big waves!

I’m trying to recover from a serious accident two years ago that left me with some serious back injuries. I’m obviously not ready for all the moves u showed, but there were definitely a few that are on the lists my physio taught me. It was great to know that fit people do similar exercises and, more importantly, that even you guys suffer! (I meant that in the nicest possible way!) Awesome! 54 yrs old and coming back after surgery. Feel good after trying this..looking forward to being strong enough to do the whole prescribed work out! Question....been surfing 35yrs,before surgery I had a bail where I hit the bottom hard followed by a fairly intense hold down. Didn't think it had rattled me till I got back into water post surgery. How can I overcome the fear? ....I know fitness plays a big part..
As a n aging, formerly disease stricken, former surfer (trying to get back the ocean) that AB workout looked horrifying..lol Love the channel, miss the life. Good stuff

If you live next to the ocean just try doing the old school rock carry under the water, it should help. Otherwise underwater swiming in the pool for as long as you can than sprint the rest. And repeat that more times with little break, like 10sec similar to a wave period
@@artistbench lol please please dont dont do either of the things they just said. Their's breath holding apps you can easily download that help military and free divers increase lung capacity. Also avoiding junk and alcohol is a must. HIIT workouts like these also help for when you get worked inside.

Geez, able to do the first circuit with ease but I could only get 1/5 of the first round of the ab circuit. Thanks for sharing and explaining. Also leg extensions seem to be something different when you google it, what's the correct name of this exercise you are doing? I only found 'boat pose' but that's just a yoga hold.

hold your breath in class and pass out, or hold your breath in a pool and ask your friends to make you tumble underwater

Should make a series that works as a comprehensive guide for specifically surf oriented exercises
It’s easy to replace those holes in the drywall.. cut it back to the studs and mud it with tape.. fixed
