I loved how the video is titled that your door won’t open, but then you just say in the beginning “once I got the door open” without even telling or showing us how. That is the whole point of me watching this video and then you don’t even show it. Ridiculous.
can you help me find a link to the drivers side one, i broke mine when troubleshooting and it’s useless now. please and thank you it would be much appreciated
thanks for the video, same exact problem, same exact car. The screw thing fixed the problem and the door now opens fine. However it will not lock anymore. Did you experience the same thing with the lock not working after?
Using the key in the doorlock and slowly turning it back and forth until feeling it start to engage the locking mechanism while simultaneously pulling in and out on the outside handle... working both the lock & handle this way and that until something finally engaged enough to cause it to open.
Use graphite lubricant not wd40, wd40 will ruin your car. You just wont see it right away. It will attract dirt and dust use a graphite based lubricant

@@lightningboltz333 I have that issue right now with a 2010 Honda CRV. Can't open drivers door for mechanic to replace actuator.
Don’t use WD40 on locks! (Unless it’s the silicone version)
