The grounding cable connection is behind near the signal rca connectors. Connect it using a cable to amplifier grounding, otherwise you will have a nasty noise in background. After connect it, the sound is just pure 100%
@@d.416 That wasn't really an answer to his question. Not sure about the SL-BD20, but on the SL-6 you can use the inner pin of an old RCA cable. Just cut off the outer ring for the ground.
I bought leads from ebay with small aligator clips on at least one end (testing probe leads). The clip was small enough to grab the turntable earth contact, while the other end I cut and stripped and attached to the Amp ground post.

I speak only English but I have this turntable and it is a great pleasure. Clean and simple.
Technics is a great company at-least the old one we all knew
i have the sl-bd22 since 1988 still runs great
Even if you don't understand it's a good demonstration of the half-automatic table.
Hat es eine eingebaute Phonostufe? Kann es an Aktivlautsprecher angeschlossen werden?
Sehr guter Plattenspieler. Ich habe einen SL-BD24. Klingt sehr gut.
Sehr gut gemachtes Video, einfach Schade dass der Spieler nicht zu Boxen verbindet war.
Auch ohne Boxen ein guter Plattenspieler ;)
Super video, vielen dank!
Yes i too am in England but i understand you and i have the very same turntable and have owned mine since 1994 and its fantastic.

Do someone know where can I find the ground cable for this turntable?
