Exactly, she has so much going on with Whiplash having colic and having to say goodbye to Skeletor she has done an awesome job with the horses nutrition and is totally devoted to all her horses that the negative Nelly's can just BITE ME. We haven't been particularly close in a long time and are in a rather tough spot at the moment, but she takes a lot of comfort in watching you and your herd and sharing your videos with me. We've bonded quite a bit over them and I've learned a lot more about her own history with horses (and more of her past in general) that I didn't know a thing about! As I said to her, I can't imagine wasting time talking poorly of someone like you while you're out here really making an effort for these horses. Thank you so much for what you do!! You've opened a path for me to connect with her again that I really quite appreciate and taught me a lot about an animal I never gave much mind to. Sorry for the long comment... And a great friend to our 2nd purchased horse for me… our draft horse! They love each other and it has been a fun adventure to do groundwork and we finally went on our first trail ride… but my daughter has gotten busy with her new adult life, so my husband rode Freedom and she was super good for him! He has never ridden a horse “for free” before, and they did great together! I am blessed to have so much help from online coaching from horsemen/horsewomen. It has made it so much better during training! Excited for some cooler days so we can go on another trail ride.

Such a hard week for you, and sick to boot. So odd how taking Skeletor for his last trip that day might have saved Whiplash's life. Thankful he is healthy again. Ziggy looks so much better now than he did when you got him, you have to wonder what on earth these people are seeing. Hope you can rest more than usual and feel better soon.

You do such a nice job with your horses. So sorry about Skeletor as you seemed to have such a special bond with him. Those arabians will steal your heart though, so glad Ziggy is around to remind you that being with horses is a beautiful thing.
@@Tunafish44 - Agreed. I adore Ziggy, and I think our CC does as well - but sometimes I think Ziggy deserves to have his own person to himself, someone who can dote on only him. He might be the perfect fit for a new rider. I don't really know, I'm certainly no expert, but I've heard that older, more experienced horses are great for helping to teach new riders. ☺
The original Arab horse was revered by their owners, the Bedu. Mare and foal would be housed in the great tent with the family and would be fed and watered before even the children. Thus a foal would grow up within the family and very deep bonds were formed with their humans. Arab horses even today still carry that race memory and thrive on a one to one relationship. Many Arabs are thought difficult or even morose when what is really the problem is the horse has been sold on. Ziggy is already showing appreciation and attachment as he 'adopts' his latest owner and it is easy to see the difference in him. He is not old for an Arabian but his spirit has been eaten away by how many previous owners and, while this can be restored, I wonder how moving on yet again will affect him. I truly appreciate the work you put into looking after your horses CC, there are few who do it so well, I just hope that if you must let Ziggy go you can find a person who really understands this breed. Sorry you've had such a heavy week, hope things go better for you now. Wishing you an easy winter, ❤ from Scotland 🏴
Beautiful Ziggy! That flowing tail when he runs. And seeing Whip back with his herd, the boys obviously so glad to have him back. I'm so glad you started this channel.
Ziggy looks so much better than when you first brought him home. Not only his physical health but his mental health, too. It's very clear that he loves you so much!!!
I❤Ziggy! He’s adorable and you are doing a great job with him. There’s something about the Arabian breed that makes them very happy to be around people. They seem to bond with humans very readily. Ziggy has decided that you are his herd. Lucky CC!
THERE IS ONLY ONE WORD WHEN IT COMES TO ZIGGIS PROGRESS AND THE WORD IS JOY- JOY TO BE LOVED JOY TO BE CARED FOR JOY TO LOVE THE KIND LADY THAT SHOWED HIM LOVE.
I hope you feel all better soon. Glad Whiplash is feeling better. Ziggy is such a good horse; if/when he becomes able to be rehomed, I'm sure you will find him the perfect human who will love him forever. I guess you could keep every horse forever, but, that would mean all those other horses at auction, who need help, wouldn't get the opportunity to come live with you. Rehabilitating an animal is a selfless act, it's about getting that animal healthy, physically and emotionally, then letting them go. You have horses that you feel you can't rehome (Nigel the tiny terror comes to mind, lol), but you can't keep all of them; there's only one you. You're amazing, and I have full confidence that you will always do what is best for each of the horses; even when it breaks your heart.
Be nice (should be a rule ).. or go somewhere else. You are an amazing woman! Love your videos so much. You take your time and get better. We will miss you and all your family of very lucky animals.. but you need some time to heal your broken heart 💔
So good to see Whiplash feeling good enough to be able to get back together with the boys again after going through the health scare! He had me worried… Ziggy is so cool…love him. Hope you start feeling better CC, and get rid of that cold quickly!
I love Ziggy!! He reminds me of my horse Lady. I got her when she was 6 and I had her until her death in 1989, at the age of 32..she died on my birthday..I love Ziggy, enjoy him every day! thanks for your videos!
Really glad to see you have a beautiful day to spend some time with Ziggy, doe chores, and ending it with a recovered Whiplash getting to rejoin his buddies. 👍
Your horses are all in wonderful shape, I love watching you interact with them all with their different personalities. Losing one takes a huge toll emotionally. ❤ It is rewarding and sometime sad. You are doing a spectacular job!
Ignore the trolls! Ziggy looks great and has come out of his shell. It would be great if you could keep Ziggy as your reliable riding horse to do things you cannot do with the others. Studman's coat is a testament to the care you give all your horses. I hope you find a farm you love.
Ziggy is starting to look like he should look, a massive improvement on the boy you brought home. Your horsemanship is always top notch. These horses are living a good life, every one of them loved and cared for.
You’ve had a tough week, CC. We’re all hoping things go smoothly as you head into winter. We care about you. Thank you for letting us be part of your journey. 😊
CC don’t mind the haters . Ziggy looks fantastic compared to when you first got him. He’s a sweet boy. He is going to make someone a great horse. I wish you would keep him. I think he really likes you.
It's the best he's ever had. But I think it's clear Ziggy is a person-oriented horse who's okay being kept singly, and that he really needs his own person. If CC can find someone who will really spend time with him the way Ziggy needs, I think he'd be very happy indeed.
Good evening cowgirl I cannot believe that somebody would say that Ziggy looks worse than when you got him. Wow, the nerve of someone to say that you take excellent care of your horses.❤
I for one am glad that you go slow with the re-feeding. I believe it's much safer and more natural that way. It takes as long as it takes. Ziggy looks great for his age, and for where he is in the re-feeding process.
I’ve never been a big fan of the Arabian gait, but Ziggy really is handsome all dressed up with a saddle and he appears to have tons of personality in it.
A lot has already been said about negative comments. I just want to say yet again how much your continuous concerned for these horses has made such a difference in each and everyone of them. That’s what it takes is complete dedication to fulfill the kind of role you have unselfishly put yourself into and it shows with every animal you own.
I don't think Ziggy understands mares. Guest ranches mostly only use geldings, and Ziggy was probably gelded when he was about 2 years old, even before being trained under saddle. He may never have spent much time around mares. Ziggy acts like he thinks mares are too much trouble for his liking.
Ziggy is the proverbial Arabian horse! These horse were originally bred by nomadic desert tribes to not only carry their owners in battle, but to provide milk for drinking. They lived in their owners tents with the family and were treated as such. This explains the love for humans most Arabian horses have.
Oh CC, thank you for this video, darling girl. ❤❤ I know it could NOT have been easy, but your gorgeous herd provides the very best reason you have to carry on, in spite of your grief-they NEED you! 24/7, you have to pay attention to THEM. Thank Goddess for forced chores-they'll keep you sane! No joke! We love you, CC! We love ALL your beautiful rescue horses and ur personal babies too. We are grieving with you and would literally do anything to make you feel better-cuz we love you ❤🥰🐎🐈⬛🐴🐕 We're here with ALL the love. ❤❤❤❤
Anyone who gives you mean comments Clever Cowgirl, please tell them where to go! They OBVIOUSLY have no idea what they are talking about. I wish most horse people were just like you - we would have many more happier and healthier horses
Don't doubt yourself. You are wonderful! You're success in growing your channel means the nasties will start coming out in comments. My advice is be ruthless and block and delete those broken people that just want to bring you down, because deep down they have low self esteem and all the behavior born from low self esteem.
I'm just going to say what everyone else has said, Ziggy looks GREAT! It's because you really take the time to learn each of your horses, and watch their diets, etc. I'd rather have you take time to really work with them, then not! You do a great job! There's always one! Prim is so funny, I love her! Hope you feel better soon! Thanks for sharing!❤
Its so good to see Ziggy looking, and feeling so good! He seemed to really enjoy his time with you in the round pen, but its also obvious he's not a jumper! Take care of yourself, CC, and take some extra Vitamin C for your head cold. You were so stressed the last few weeks that it is probably the reason you became sick! It sounds like you might also need some R & R time! Get well sweet lady!

Ziggy looks great! That commenter is blind! Please know that we appreciate everything you do for these beautiful horses 💖
He’s so sweet. Sorry you have a cold. Yeah nice saddle.
I’m supposed to be driving right now; had to stop the car…
Good choice😂😂😂❤❤
Beautiful Ziggy! That flowing tail when he runs. And seeing Whip back with his herd, the boys obviously so glad to have him back. I'm so glad you started this channel.
Ziggy looks so much better than when you first brought him home. Not only his physical health but his mental health, too. It's very clear that he loves you so much!!!
I❤Ziggy! He’s adorable and you are doing a great job with him. There’s something about the Arabian breed that makes them very happy to be around people. They seem to bond with humans very readily. Ziggy has decided that you are his herd. Lucky CC!
So cute how happy the boys were to see Whiplash again. ❤❤❤
Fun, bath and treats, looked like Ziggy enjoyed them. Best wishes. Nice to see "The Boys" getting along and Tiny on patrol.
THERE IS ONLY ONE WORD WHEN IT COMES TO ZIGGIS PROGRESS AND THE WORD IS JOY- JOY TO BE LOVED JOY TO BE CARED FOR JOY TO LOVE THE KIND LADY THAT SHOWED HIM LOVE.
A Universe of love and appreciation for all y’all taking these beautiful horses in to care for them. Please keep Ziggy
Love to see ziggy in English saddle!
Also elated to see huge piles of horse poop from Whiplash
@@beth98169 Lol, Beth, it's a funny old world 😅.
I hope she doesn't. I hope her goes to a loving new home where a happy young girl can spend LOTS of time with him.
Well said!
He had me worried…
Ziggy is so cool…love him.
💙
It is lovely to see how the other three guys welcome Whiplash back. Friends!
Ziggy is beautiful!
Ziggy looks amazing !!! Don’t listen to those haters !!!
Boo to whoever told you he looks worse. They sure don't know what they are talking about, Ziggy looks so much healthier and happy
My long-gone grey roan Arab mare also hated to go left. This brings back memories.
Oh, man-she didn’t like baths either!
I think that Ziggy has grown so much physically and mentally, coming out of his shell. Great job CC❣️
Ziggy is looking great CC. Pay no attention to anyone who says otherwise. You’re the one with 100k subscribers after all ❤️
You’ve had a tough week, CC. We’re all hoping things go smoothly as you head into winter. We care about you. Thank you for letting us be part of your journey. 😊
Arabs r soo social. Mine greats everyone, where as my mustang runs away. Ziggy looks so much better. Good job!!❤
So glad Whip is doing better! Good to see Zig getting some workout! 👍🏼😊
Ziggy looks great, he is having a great time and you are doing a wonderful job! ❤❤❤
CC don’t mind the haters . Ziggy looks fantastic compared to when you first got him. He’s a sweet boy. He is going to make someone a great horse. I wish you would keep him. I think he really likes you.
I’m saying it out loud. Ziggy doesn’t ever want to leave.
I think that's unfair to Ziggy and CC - he might find a new friend and if he leaves CC will make sure its a good fit.
It's the best he's ever had. But I think it's clear Ziggy is a person-oriented horse who's okay being kept singly, and that he really needs his own person. If CC can find someone who will really spend time with him the way Ziggy needs, I think he'd be very happy indeed.
Arabians tend to be one person horses and they definitely pick their person. My Arabian mare definitely decided I was her person right away.
Good evening cowgirl I cannot believe that somebody would say that Ziggy looks worse than when you got him. Wow, the nerve of someone to say that you take excellent care of your horses.❤
Looks like Ziggy misses the daily activities he had at the guest ranch. He's happier now without the other guys bullying him. No more bites. 🙏❤
That was fun. I never get tired of watching ZIGGY move. He is such a lovely horse! 🤩 so glad WHIP is feeling better 🕊️❤️
I love Ziggy and so happy you got him. Please don't listen to the armchair experts, you do things wonderfully.
Ziggy is a sweetheart who is attached to you. Fingers crossed you keep him .
Ziggie just looks so much happier as he has settled in with you.. it would be sad to see him move on.
I’m so glad Ziggy is in the barn with his own turnout and grass. Maybe over the winter he will look at Prim more adoringly.
Arabian horses do have a shorter back than most others because they have one less vertebrae than other breeds do.
We are grieving with you and would literally do anything to make you feel better-cuz we love you ❤🥰🐎🐈⬛🐴🐕
We're here with ALL the love. ❤❤❤❤
What lovely message. You captured how I feel and probably a lot of others. 🌸
Amen to that.
Donna, thank you for your wise words! When people put you down, it's because your light hurts their eyes, and their low self esteem gets triggered.
Aries were originally bred to live right in the tent with their nomadic masters. They are definitely people horses. They are also very smart.
He looks wonderful since he has been with you.
Lovely to see Ziggy looking and feeling so good! 😊
Welcome home , Whip . We missed you❤❤❤
You are the best judge of what your horses needs. And Zig looks so much better.
Whiplash is so pretty and seems very kind.
Ziggy is such a beautiful boy!
Ziggy looks a lot better 🎉 he seems more comfortable, calm and perky! 🌞
I absolutely adore Ziggy. Stewie is a close second. 💕
Loved seeing Whiplash being welcomed back by the boys and as usual - Ziggy has my heart ❤️ Thank you for keeping us informed and entertained as well. You are the best!!
Whether you end up keeping Ziggy or he moves along to another home, you are doing him justice with your love and care and he's looking so much better than when you took him in!!
Always good to get a few glimpses of my man Pete 🖤🤍
