Pete and Ziggy need their own little herd! I have to admit I am sad for Zig.😢 He's so good natured and in nature that can be perceived as weak. Dogs are the same way in a pack. Hopefully CC has an area that she can use for those 2 boys to bond or find him a special human for Ziggy. I wish I could take him but I only have room for 2 horses. But I am so drawn to Zig.
I also feel sad for Ziggy and was wondering if Pete and Ziggy could be together without the others but I suppose it depends on available space, Ziggy is a beautiful looking horse he's sort of elegant when he moves I really like him.
ME TOO! I think Goose is the problem. Goose has issues regardless of the herd. Zig was doing well till Goose joined. Were it me I would put Goose back in other herd to feel isolated again for his behavior! I really like Ziggy's sweetness and breeding. How Pete & Zig become good friends....I like Pete. I wonder if Pete and Zig would connect with more time and Studman too. Am sure combining horses is challenging!

That was so sad when you said Ziggy might be looking for a long time friend. He’s a good boy. Hope he doesn’t get anymore more bites. You’re such a hard worker, thanks for taking care of these horses.
My older mare was friends w/my friend Marie's horse.. The day they met they ran to each other like they were long lost buddies. They used to whinny back & forth when I went home & when we went up this hill close to their house they'd start calling each other. When her horse died suddenly Marie called. Next time to visit my mare started whinnying but no answer.. I bawled all the way to Marie's house. I let my horse run to the barn looking for her friend. Marie's family & I all bawling in the yard.. My mare did not like other horses so it was amazing.
I had Kerry for twenty years, he was an arabian, he was full of energy, always on the move, he loved being kept occupied, keenly intelligent and like Ziggy, often did the 'I want to be alone' thing ! He would still be head high and tail flagged cantering, when the rest of the herd (6) had stopped and said 'enough is enough' .. I think that wistful staring off into the distance is the way arabians daydream of challenges and adventures. I do think you are going to love your time with Ziggy CC. I watch Ziggy and I just love seeing him move. He's wonderful.
I never watched horse videos until this channel found me. I'm really enjoying it, and I'm learning so much, but I've discovered that I cannot watch horses run without my eyes tearing up.
Me too...! Their beauty moves you to tears. There was a Canadian champion jumper who, every time I saw him on the television...I cried. Then one day I met him in person 🤩 My prize picture with him...and I was all smiles...thank goodness!
It’s an Arabian thing. They are more people oriented than a herd bound. Mine would leave the bunch to come to me when I whistle. The far away look is because they like to travel. They want to see what’s over the next hill. One of the geldings would prick his ears way forward as he climbed the hill and would stand at the top and look all over at what was ahead.
That's my take on Ziggy's behavior. I get the impression that he's pondering what's over the next horizon and geared up to explore. He really needs a much more expansive environment and someone who is able take him out to explore the world often. CC's dedication, hardwork, and love in bringing him back to good health cannot be overstated, but sometimes we have to let go of who we love so that they may thrive. CC is really stretched to the limit going the extra mile to take care of these beautiful souls, especially with her chronic back problem - which requires a good long rest to actually heal (ie NO lifting). Sigh ...
That's exactly right! The gazing out to the distance while standing alone is typically Arab. I used to often let my mare pause when we crested a hill so she could just gaze; I always longed to know what was going through her mind when she did this.
Just wanted to share that the Saluki which is a typical hunting companion of the Arabian horse does the exact same thing. Very aloof and happiest with a view point. They will stare at the view for ages.
@annjohnson8437 He seemed to be, but Goose wasn't ok with the other boys. The constant headache of getting everyone to get along seems like a stress. I've been thinking for awhile that Ziggy would do well as an only horse with someone who could work with him every day. He doesn't seem to care for other horses much.
Too bad there’s no place to just let Zig and Pete buddy up without Whiplash getting involved. Thanks for trying so hard to help the Zigster. He is terrific! They all are.
I've had two Arabians, and they were pocket ponies. If I was out in the pasture Dancer would always be right there giving me "help". When I got him he was a 4 year old stallion, and wasn't broke, he was one of the easiest to break, and very smart. The first time I saw him he got away from the owner, and headed out to the pasture at a dead run. I was in love. I've always liked a horse with spunk. He came back and the guy lounged him around, and he reminded me of a dancer gliding over the ground without an effort. So I named him Shadow Dancer because he was a dapple gray, and made me think of shadows moving in the moonlight. We'd go out riding with no thought of where we would go, or how far. He was always ready to go, and was just as ready to do it all over again when we got home. I trusted him to take care of me, and he trusted me to take care of him.♥♥
From what little I know about hot-blooded Arabian horses is that they were bred for endurance and to enjoy a close association with humans. The end. lol
I always felt very grateful that my Friesian cross got along with everybody immediately I mean you can turn him out with another horse like right away and everything would be fine
My Anglo Arab (a grey Ziggy lookalike) liked humans best of all, but he was hand-reared after his dam died when he was three weeks old, and he would have moved into my house if I'd let him (he did make himself at home in the living room once, when I left the front door open). When it came to other horses, he got on well with mares, but barely tolerated geldings, and nearly chased one pony gelding to death when it broke into his field and couldn't outrun him. Watching Ziggy charge around reminds me of him so much.
Arabians are so fascinating.. I have loved them since I was a kid. Bedouin’s horses were so treasured that they slept inside the tents with their families. He just hasn’t had enough time to form a close bond with you yet probably. Also so much competition for your attention. Maybe he could be yours forever and that bond would happen? It must be hard on such a sensitive breed to work on a dude ranch with new people every day. No one to bond with really. 🤷🏻♀️💚
Poor Ziggy he was doing fine in the herd with Studman and was happy until Goose arrived. It doesn’t feel fair that he’s out because Goose is a bully. Poor Goose has past trauma which was tough on him so it’s difficult.
I get the strong sense Ziggy may be missing a mare, and he doesn’t feel this is his home. (Maybe he would if he had a girlfriend.) It may be CC needs to give herself a bit of break time from rehabbing, enjoy more diverse trail experiences with Zig as she looks for his ideal forever home. I will greatly miss seeing Zig when he goes. He is my favorite and I loved seeing them on the trail. Actually, I love everything about him! CC does fantastic work and cares so much for these animals, I am confident whatever her decision , it will ultimately work out well for Zig. I think I am gonna mail them both a care package. :)
CC, you have no idea how therapeutic it is to watch these beautiful creatures. Knowing nothing about horses, I truly enjoy your videos and appreciate your hard work making them. Thank you.
I agree it would be nice for him to stay, but wouldn't it be great for him to go to someone who is looking for a special horse for life? I remember my first horse and how I loved him so much! I wish that for Ziggy!
CC is trying to do what's best for Ziggy. If she decides he needs to be kept because he's unlikely to do well with someone else, that's what she will do. If she thinks he'll do well with someone else and she finds someone suitable to care for him, she'll send him onward. By the looks of things he will be staying at least through the winter. Also, as CC has pointed out, if she keeps Ziggy, that's one less horse that she can rehabilitate and potentially send on to a better life elsewhere. I am personally fine with that because there's no way for any single person to help them all and I think CC has more than proven she's not a selfish person when it comes to these horses. However, it's definitely something she has to consider when making that call.
I was so pleased to hear you mention keeping Ziggy. He is so vulnerable and at his age he needs safety, love and consistency. You have shown such excellent care and he’s a perfect riding horse for you. Please keep him. When Prim goes and possibly Scarlet then you will have room for another rescue. Ziggy could so easily get sent back to the auction in a couple of years. Plus I love Ziggy 💝
Arabians are amazing horses. They retain everything that happens in their lives, whether it be good or bad. Super smart and loyal. I found that if they have had something bad in their lives, it takes a good while for them to unlearn the bad. I had one to teach that had been badly mistreated by a man. It took about 6 months for him to accept the fact that my father was ok and not going to cause him any pain. The change in him when he understood that was amazing. He actively sought my father out when my father wasn't working. It was just wonderful 😊
I have one horse that always takes a long time to make friends. It works best to put that horse with one other that knows the mob. When the friendship is solid between the two they can go out with the mob.
Scarlet would be great, except she can't be turned out in the pasture due to the type of fencing. She still needs solid fencing. Ziggy probably wouldn't mind being in a smaller paddock, though, if he didn't get bullied.
@@sleepinglioness5754 Yes! and "leave those boys in the dust" he did! the are all so MAJESTIC | the three of them running to the fence and just before their close encounter with it, would have been a great shot! | I hope at some point she considers taking photos of them to put on note cards to sell as merch | in the meantime, lets hope Zippy gets a friend(s) to hang out with I think he has "leader of the herd" potential! 🐎
I hope that you keep Ziggy for longer. It would be so nice to see more of a story for him and you. I wonder if he is grieving like you've suggested. Or is he just afraid of the other horses because of bullying? I so enjoyed your trail ride with Ziggy from a few weeks back. Wishing you and your charges all of the best. ❤️
Ziggy really tugs at my heartstrings... he looks so lonesome! I know how he feels. ♥ Very dramatic to watch those horses galloping around that pasture! Wow!
I always love to see Goose, even when he's being a bit of a mean boy. I think a lot of people telling CC to sell Goose and keep Ziggy don't understand if she had to choose, she would choose the other way around. Ziggy is very sweet, well trained and well behaved, and there's someone out there ready to love him as he deserves. Goose has a lot of trauma regarding his handling, and it would be incredibly difficult to find anyone with CC's patience and compassion for him... and he could very easily end up being mistreated again. It sucks that he bullies other horses, but he clearly does it because of his past experiences, and CC does a wonderful job trying to ensure everyone's wellbeing ❤
The way she's talking, it sounds like she's halfway to convincing herself she needs to keep Ziggy because of his difficulty getting along with other horses. But I agree with you. If she sold Goose, not only might he end up in a bad situation again, but an equally big concern is that a horse with a traumatic past like that could end up hurting someone who didn't know how to handle him or getting hurt as a result of his reaction. Goose's behavior with other horses is definitely a problem, but I'm confident CC will figure it out.
@@brassbuckles It definitely sounds like she is very attached to Ziggy and would love to keep him - and no one can blame her! But I think deep down she knows what she's about, and would rather put Ziggy in a good and loving home, and open up a spot for a horse in need. And yes, Goose could very easily injure someone. He needs a lot more grace, patience and time than most people would be willing to give him. I definitely think he is where he is meant to be, and if CC perseveres Goose will blossom even more under her care😊
@@artofmisi I think CC knows best as far as what to do with Ziggy. Whether she sells him after winter as planned or decides to keep him, I think her choice will make sense. I'm not too worried about it. I'm confident that if she does sell him on, it'll be to a great home.
Ziggy is so much like our Arabian mare. She lived with two adult horses and got along fine with them, but she actually preferred human attention. She followed us around the paddock and fields as we worked, just like a dog would do! What a good girl she was all the time, without a mean bone her body! My guess about Ziggy's "gazing" is that being accustomed to trail rides, he is wondering when he will go on another one. What a delight he is! All of us out here in " Fan Land" have become very fond of him!
Loved today's video. My heart is with Ziggy and has been since day one. I told you that when I lived in AZ years ago I got a gorgeous young gelded Arab from one of the most prestigious Arabian Ranches in Scottsdale. My girlfriend was Arabian addicted and convinced me to go to an auction out there with her. She said that the particular ranch has way too many colts born of late and they had culled out the ones they thought were best for show quality and the rest were gelded so they could be auctioned. I don't even remember what I got him for, but it was a deal for sure. Trouble was I did not have any business getting an Arabian much less a young one that only had halter training and that was it. He was so beautiful though, I had a big piece of desert property and I loved watching him run just like Ziggy did on this video. Even though Ziggy isn't a super bred Arab he still has the lovely motion of floating as he runs with the tail up and the head up, it brought back memories for me. My little gelding loved my company, he acted much like a huge dog than a horse, he talked to me all the time and he was NOT interest in my other two horses...one was quarter/thoroughbred, the other was all quarter and retired barrel racer. It was like it is with you there. It was different however when I would walk my Arab down to the neighbors , she had three Arabs, all geldings. My guy would start hollering as soon as we laid eyes on my friends Arabs, and from day one we could put them in the same paddock and it was like a family reunion! Arabs have differences from other horses that is a fact and I think they actually prefer being with other Arabs and that is what I found with my horses like yours, they wanted to chase the Arab and he was all too happy to let them just try and catch him!!! I learned from all the Arab horse owners in AZ that the Arabians do most of the time enjoy humans company especially certain ancestral lines. They lived with their humans the out in the deserts even sleeping in their tents with them. They were raised like children, fawned over, taken really good care of, and treasured even more than their wives and children by the menfolk. I hope you find a young Arab maybe again at one of the auctions, maybe a filly or a young mare, maybe Ziggy would like that.
The behavioral and social aspect of these horses is fascinating. You have a talent of being in the horses brains and knowing how they think, each one, individually.
My Arabian gelding didn't seem to care if he was alone, either. Arabians in general bond to their riders almost like a dog bonds to their person, but it takes them some time to decide if you're trustworthy. Once they do you can count on them to take care of you. I'm so envious, I wish I were 15 years younger!
I have a Ziggy lookalike I got a few months back, he's a dapple Nooitgedacht x Arabian. I've started training him for long-distance and he's loving it. Such a unique personality (he literally looks and acts like the cartoon horse from Tangled) and wonderful nature, even though he has an ugly reputation in the area from his time with the previous owner. It's taken a lot of work to earn his trust... and many times people have told me I bought a terrible horse, but since we've started endurance riding together he's blooming, and it's pretty amazing to see. They truly are incredible animals.
All of your horses are awesome. But my favorite is Ziggy. Whatever is best for Ziggy if he has to move on to be happy. I will surely miss watching the videos with him in it. All the best for Zigman!
I get that, but Ziggy is just minding his own business and isn’t trying to push himself into the herd. Goose doesn’t need to take a serious bite out of Ziggy to maintain his place.
Ziggy may feel more content if CC's able to spend special time with him on some long rides. His bond with her would definitely grow and he'd recognize that special role he has in the overall picture/her.
I think you're right...about Ziggy missing someone. I watched this carefully and you were saying in your narrative what I was myself thinking and feeling. It's like he was casting his soul far out into the world, seeking for someone---whether horse or human, unknown. Perhaps he was looking for his future though, not his past.
I myself have an arabian and I know several other arabians. They need a friend that's not pushy and that doesn't chase after them, when they want to get away from them. Yes, they can have fun running with friends but Ziggy in this video is running because he is stressed out by the other horses. The fact that he most likely lived in big herds in the past doesn't mean that he handled it well. Arabians are very sensitive. If he got chased by other horses before he remembers that and he could be stressed out even more than a "normal" arabian, when encountering horses that run after him when he tries to get distance between him and them.
That's exactly how it looked to me. CC's narrative even said "frantic". All Ziggy has to defend himself is speed. I cried through that whole part of the video; then thought I'd probably overreacted, watched it again and cried all over again! Guess I've gotten too attached!
Goose has an appropriate name with the biting and chasing lol Poor Zig, he's so elegant and beautiful. He would make an excellent endurance/long trail horse, whether for you or for someone else who would give him the work out and care he needs.
Ziggy respects you, CC. After being on a ranch for a long while, he's still learning about his new life and probably does miss his old friends. Whatever you decide, it will be with Ziggy's best interest at heart. What a great horse addition to your other horses. I've said it before....your editing and music choices add to your wonderful content. Its always interesting to see what you and Tiny are up to with your barn lives. ❤
Totally LOVE your videos! They really relax me because I used to have a flea-bitten grey mare that is the splitting image of Ziggy. She and I spent so much time together and riding was my life. I’m also a farrier and appreciate your trimming videos. BUT… I’m still in mourning for KC so I still can’t watch the Ziggy videos unless I’m in a good space! Whew, saying that feels great! Horse people will understand ❤❤❤
Arabians can be a little aloof but often bond really well with people and he loved the attention you were giving him, trimming and rasping his hooves. Even before you said it, I felt overwhelmed by Ziggy's loneliness and sadness. He looked wistful and I wondered if he was looking for a past loved one/s. Ziggy is refined, a beautiful, sweet, gentle soul and Goose is a bully, jealous of him. Arabians are full of energy and like to show off but think Zig was running around with stress. He was certainly showing them his stamina, speed and nimble skills...he could outrun them all, lol. Ziggy would do better with a kinder pack, he sure had me bawling by the end of watching this; he captured my heart, there is something very special about him. Assuming it is him, please, no more Goose bites, Arabian's are such sensitive souls.🥺 Thank you for taking such beautiful care of him and all your pack...subbed. 🙏🏼✨❣
I thought so too. Of course he was running because it was definitely not welcoming. Stewie (or was it Whiplash) was chasing him with neck outstretched and ears pinned back. It was so obvious even Pete tried to intervene. Of course he's running all out, after he'd just gotten bitten by Goose in the other herd. Seems like there are bullies in each herd.
Pete and Ziggy need their own little herd! I have to admit I am sad for Zig.😢
He's so good natured and in nature that can be perceived as weak. Dogs are the same way in a pack. Hopefully CC has an area that she can use for those 2 boys to bond or find him a special human for Ziggy. I wish I could take him but I only have room for 2 horses. But I am so drawn to Zig.
I agree. Pete and Ziggy look perfect for each other. The Arab in them kind of makes them kindred spirits. 💜🐎💜

I tune in primarily to see Ziggy and his adventures. I have always loved Arabians.
CC, you have no idea how therapeutic it is to watch these beautiful creatures. Knowing nothing about horses, I truly enjoy your videos and appreciate your hard work making them. Thank you.
agree, I knew zero about horses before watching CC. My nephew has a quarter horse and that got me started. Haven't looked back.
Ditto
No more bites on Ziggy, Goose is mean!
@@Candy-O1776 Yes, it sad Studman isn’t correcting Goose like Stewie did! Maybe Goose needs to some exercise so he’s too tired to chase Ziggy?
Goose is a bully..
Thats what goose do! 😂
Chase and bite. 🪿🪿
Names are important…in people and animals. ❤✨ Maybe goose needs a name change.
Ziggy and Pete are such a pleasure to watch galloping around the pasture. They're such beautiful movers! I hope Zig finds a buddy to hang out with.
Poor Ziggyy, he’s such a gentlemen. Seems as if he was doing just fine till Goose stepped in….
Please keep Ziggy - he’s a special horse and will be a wonderful companion for you.
I agree it would be nice for him to stay, but wouldn't it be great for him to go to someone who is looking for a special horse for life? I remember my first horse and how I loved him so much! I wish that for Ziggy!
Yep is agree you should keep Zigg!😊
The ZIGMAN deserves a home where he is the STAR!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
I don't see a reason to keep Ziggy indefinitely, but it would be good to help settle him down with a friend for now.
I am going to miss Ziggy when he goes. He’s one of my favorite along with Tiny.
I find Pete to be such a BEAUTIFUL horse 😊
When the friendship is solid between the two they can go out with the mob.
exactly!!
You think Scarlett would make a good friend for him? They both are independent maybe that will work? He's such an amazing little horse.
Scarlet would be great, except she can't be turned out in the pasture due to the type of fencing. She still needs solid fencing. Ziggy probably wouldn't mind being in a smaller paddock, though, if he didn't get bullied.
Great suggestion, I’d like to see both of them find a friend in each other.🫶
jenz commented that she has an Arab who like the mares. Scarlett might be a possible solution, or at least keep him next to her.
I wondered about Scarlett. They seem to have a similar vibe. Her constant need to test fencing is probably working against that pairing though.
Arabs are never short of speed and stamina. I love Arabs. So graceful and tail held high just beautiful. Hope Ziggy finds and Nigel can be friends 😊
They are my favorite, I think they are just beautiful, and so full of energy.
I was wondering if Nigel would be a good pair!
@@coweenuh453Good idea. Some stallions get along well with geldings.
I agree that he is missing a buddy (human or animal!). He's so majestic when loping around the big pasture. ❤
Love all your horses but Ziggy is my favorite.
Listening to the music 🎶as they were galloping and hearing the sound of their hoofs at the crescendo was simply perfection! 🐎🐎🐎👍
I was loving that too!
CC's really good at choosing the right music, isn't she.
Oooh, lovely Ziggy Stardust ❤
I love watching Ziggy. He is beautiful when he runs with tail held high.💕
Ziggy is so magnificent and such a Prince. I hope he finds a friend soon.
I don't know how you find the time to make all of these great videos, but I sure am glad you do! 😊👍
Sweet Ziggy. I hope he can settle with a buddy. I thank you for trying so hard to find him a friend! ❤
It’s great to know that you are so strongly committed to making sure Ziggy finds his perfect fit! I hope he can and will!! ❤
I think Ziggy and Pete should try together alone without other horses!
I love little tiny , she's adorable.
Ziggy is smaller and not that young. The other horses are much heavier than him, and a little aggressive. He's just protecting himself.
Very good. Good to share this with anyone owning an Arabian. They are beautiful and truly are their own. Good reflection.
I love Ziggy. I hope he finds his friends. He’s my favorite. I think the others are jealous.
Pete, Ziggy and Studman.
The behavioral and social aspect of these horses is fascinating. You have a talent of being in the horses brains and knowing how they think, each one, individually.
Ziggy is one beautiful horse just the wy he carries himself and seeing him run with Pete was one beautiful picture ty for sharing
Ziggy is so fast and beautiful! Makes me sad seeing him gazing off into the distance, but he looks a million times better and healthier with you!!
Just Beautiful when they run♥️
My Arabian gelding didn't seem to care if he was alone, either. Arabians in general bond to their riders almost like a dog bonds to their person, but it takes them some time to decide if you're trustworthy. Once they do you can count on them to take care of you. I'm so envious, I wish I were 15 years younger!
In a way Ziggy has learned people, places n friends come and go, maybe that’s his sadness and lack of connection, poor kiddo x
I think Ziggy wants to be friends, he's just afraid of the other horses. Has probably been bullied a lot.
But he certainly showed them up when it comes to speed and stamina!😊
Ziggy looks so beautiful standing in the Montana landscape around the 30 minute mark.
Honestly, Goose! You got a helluva nerve, buster!!!
Zingy would make a great endurance horse 😊
All of your horses are awesome. But my favorite is Ziggy. Whatever is best for Ziggy if he has to move on to be happy. I will surely miss watching the videos with him in it. All the best for Zigman!
Ziggy is so beautiful and sweet; he needs friends and Goose is a bully. Greetings from upstate New York.
Goose isn't a bully, he wants to be as high as he can get in the herd. No horse ever wants to be at the bottom of the herd. 😊
Upstate loves CC!!😊
I get that, but Ziggy is just minding his own business and isn’t trying to push himself into the herd. Goose doesn’t need to take a serious bite out of Ziggy to maintain his place.
What a beautiful scene of the horses at full run. Spectacular and beautiful horses. You have done an excellent job in making them healthy and happy.
Keep Ziggy for your riding horse. He deserves it after his years of service.
👍
Ziggy may feel more content if CC's able to spend special time with him on some long rides. His bond with her would definitely grow and he'd recognize that special role he has in the overall picture/her.
I know it's not the point of the video, but the shots of the mountains are really lovely.
The thoguht of Ziggy looking off to the horizon for his buddy - a tear jerker😂
I think you're right...about Ziggy missing someone. I watched this carefully and you were saying in your narrative what I was myself thinking and feeling. It's like he was casting his soul far out into the world, seeking for someone---whether horse or human, unknown. Perhaps he was looking for his future though, not his past.
I felt exactly the same way but you have put it beautifully, far better than I could.
CC, you are doing the best you can. You love them all.
I admire the devotion that you have for your animals
Arabians are Very people oriented. That’s their original breeding. And very loyal.
I love Tiny and Zig!
Goose has an appropriate name with the biting and chasing lol Poor Zig, he's so elegant and beautiful. He would make an excellent endurance/long trail horse, whether for you or for someone else who would give him the work out and care he needs.
Poor Ziggy. He seems to be good nature and easy going. It is too bad Goose is a bully. I do hope you can find him a friend.
Ziggy is such a lovely animal. Hope you can work out a good situation for him.
70 degrees sounds so heavenly. We’re sweating to death here in Florida lol
Pete is a stunning horse.
Ziggy seems so lost 🥺 I was pretty surprised Pete liked Ziggy that much 🤔
That is so cute to see all the horses peering over the fence at Ziggy.
I wish I could take Ziggy!! Arabs are truly drinkers of the wind and the gentlest souls.
Maybe Ziggy just loves the wide open spaces.
Hope he and Studman keep up their friendship.
Ziggy has definitely lost weight. Bless him.
Maybe something is wrong inside and the other horses can sense it and that's why they're pushing him. I hope not. I hope he's fine.
@egeegee7146. Due to stress in the herd i would assume.
It’ll be herd pressure and more chance to leg stretch at speed. Same happens to me ! Lol
Poor Pete. I wanted him to get a new bff
I am so impressed with how well you know your horses as a RN knows their patients.
I think he ran because he knew it wasn’t going to be a friendly welcoming. He could out run those boys and he did it for a reason. IMO.
I have an Arabian who looks very much like Ziggy. He, too, loves human contact and is definitely not herd bound. I think it's a trait of the breed.
