Just got back from Japan and went to two of those stores. Tackle berry is fantastic, there used lures are great. Spent about $1500 on tackle, lots of JDM stuff. So worth it.
The first shop, Joshyuya, located in Kanda, is like 4 min walk from my home. And the second shop is actually a tiny classic bamboo rod factory "Sakura Fishing Rod" and they don't really sell anything. They wouldn't talk to you. It's been there for over 100 years, I think. It looks like you headed right to Shibuya, but there are few more interesting tackle shops in Kanda neighborhood, like "Gill" and "Yamaguchi Tackle Store". Maybe next time.

Tackle berry is a budget friendly tackle shops they also sell second hand but in pristine condition...you can buy all sorts of fishing equipment from low budget upto high end stuff for as low as 50% off but you have to check the items very carefully for damages....i bought my ocea jigger 2001 for 150 dollars 😅😅😅 it's a treasure trove for all anglers😊😊😊
